Outback Steakhouse Avis 

I highly suggest you hire new people because I was bullied and harassed. People wouldn't stop talking shit about me. The steak was overcooked when I asked for rare. It was a simple request. Everything else was great though

went to Outback in Sanford, FL to celebrate our 21st anniversary of our first date.
Very disappointing. The Bloomin Onion tasted burnt but didn't look it; the steak was tough, must have died of malnutrition or old age. We had a bad experience a few years back and avoided Outback, but decided to give it another chance. Was horrible. We will not visit Outback again

First we got some other tables ful order they politely told us and brought our actual order. However my steak had no seasoning and my husband's burger was so salty he could barely eat it. I had a to go order of chicken on the barbie and it was salty as well.

Everything was right on point. The food was outstanding. Our server was fantastic. One employee who stood out was Justin who was bussing tables. He was fast and thorough, but maintained a happy, cheerful attitude. He was probably one of the best I've seen in a long time and I eat out a lot. I think he should be commended.

I have to agree with the overall reviews. I went to the Outback by the Mall of GA, and normally the service and food are great. This time, I got the mushroom burger, and it was not good at all. I don't know who the cook was, but it was not medium well, and the cheese was too greasy. It left an awful taste in my mouth, and had to pop some mints. My expectations for this level of venue are much higher. I will say that the new Outback on 211 in GA is very nice, and so are the staff. I will go there from now on.

Ordered the chicken & ribs combo it was dry as a bone & burnt called the waiter who took it away & returned later with a new meal & claimed the chef took more time watching it, exactly the same except not as burnt but still dry & uneatable.
Last visit for us plenty of better options & less expensive.

Went to the new outback steakhouse on State Road 54 in Land O Lakes Florida State came out cold. They took it back when they brought it back. My broccoli was cold and the steak was barely warm. I know it’s only been open two weeks, but it was a bad experience.

I have been sitting for 30 minutes trying to order over the phone and the phone is just ringing.The website says they open at 11 am ,clearly no one is near the phone to take anyones order .if i could give a 0 i would.

I have always been a great fan of the Outback Steakhouse for many years, but tonight I went to one in Las Vegas NV. The wedge salad did not taste the same. Rice pea loft has been replaced with some nasty rice.
I will not be going back to the Outback anymore.

Went to Outback in Las Cruces, NM and right upon walking in the young man said how many and we said 2. We asked for a table he said to sit in an area and pick our own table, wasn't busy at all. He then asked if we wanted an appetizer and we said we hadn't looked at the menu. He then took our drink order and returned with them. 10 minutes had passed and my husband had to go look for him in the back where several employees were just talking, he asked if we could order our food and he said he had been giving us time to think of what we wanted to order. He then came and took our order, not a good employee and more concerned about his fellow employees then his customers. Receipt said server BAR 2 B , he never gave us his name. Our food was great once we received it.

It's our anniversary...44years together and 28years married.
Haven't been to outback in over 3 years. Well, I was most happy to see it was still there and more happier with our meal. Alice Springs chicken was still great as I remember it to be,
so was the bloomin onion. Shrimp and chicken fettuccine went over very well with hubby. Only one downer...the premium sides are well overpriced. Please don't close that outback, I would love to return.

It was the worst experience I ever had out of an outback. They were confused and rude not to mention complaining about everything. I know they just opened but they had several pretend opening and still could work the system, didn’t know theirs section, or customer. And when I asked about certain items they said they weren’t certain or they have to ask and just went missing

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, The service was trash we sat in the lobby for a whole hour for my brother birthday, it wasn't busy the host kept saying she was going to sit us, After a hour we all walked out and left went across the street to Miller Ale and had Great food and customer service and celebrated my brother's birthday

Auburn, Ma outback stay away the service , manager and employees are absolutely the worst I have ever seen and we go out to eat 2-3 times a week to other establishments.
It took 45 mins to get apps which was a chili and a soup the chili was cold had to send back.
Main dishes to ok 1.5 hours for salad , hockey puck steak on the outside raw and cold in inside , burger was good salad how u mess that up, i ordered mozzarella sticks those came 10 mins after everyone else’s meal they were almost done so I refused them they looked horrible it was like they dropped on floor and stepped on disgusting. So I questioned the manager how come it took so long I got the run around then questioned how everyone’s meal came out before a 5 min dish we the autistic ignorant manager shit me off from having a beer would have been my 3rd.
40 years of going out to dinner ect,. Never in my life have I been shit off but I question a managers service I get shut off.
Also been her 3 times since June and every time it’s been 2 hours or more just to eat a simple dinner
I am considering a law suit of outback and one on the manager, this is about the principal of how an uneducated manager can do this to a customer.
I will not be stopping I will go as high as I can to make sure this never happens to another customer

The bloom onion came out over done
My wife’s steak was ok but my steak same cut sirloin had a lot of gristle in it very hard to chew and cut
The shrimp that came wit the steak was over done
Very bad experience will not go back

This is really SAD! I came to outback hoping to treat myself and what did i get? A steak house that doesn't have worcheshire sauce a specialty steak ta cost 33$ that the cooks can't cook med rare with a ton of grit. Sent it back got the same steak back charred death and a piece missing from the steak that i never ate a bite out of. Not to mention the dinner came on the smallest plate they have. When i asked for a side plate for my bread i was ignored. GREAT JOB OUTBACK, ILL NEVER RETURN.

Our server was great. We did not know that you did not serve prime rib on Thursday’s. So we had to settle for a.differrnt steak. This was for our 54th wedding anniversary. Something I do not understand is all restaurants do something special for
You birthday guest Being born is no big deal. But for a couple,to be married for 54 years or even one year take work and is a major accomplishment what have you accomplished to be born NOTHING I asked our server do you do anything for a couples anniversary. She asks if we want some ice cream 🤪 are you kidding What. Sorry way to celebrate an anniversary. Is that the best that a big chain restaurant can that is so very very sad. We will not be back.

My wife and I were employee's of outback on jones creek for almost a decade of loyal service. They gave us no warning, no solution for another job, and closed abruptly in our face. Dale rocketed im talking to yiu when I say you will reap what you sow. Dale is the money hungry , greedy, zero empathetic j.v.p. pf blooming brands company. Getti g unemployment is impossible because a the red tape, and this is how he does loyal employee's. An "im sorry" doesn't work with the light company Dale rockette. An im sorry doesn't put food on my table when my wife and I put that restaurant before our anniversary, birthdays, and mothers days. From the bottom of my heart,Dale rockette, I hope you lose everything and the same happens to you. I was blessed with another job by a REAL chef but my wife was not. I ordered 2 steak dinners for pickup. Steaks were cold, my husband couldn't even chew his and he got it medium. Salad and dressing warm. No bread and extra goodies for the baked potato. The only thing good was the carrot cake. For 76.00 I expected a better dinner and I was told everything was checked and I tipped the guy that brought it out. So he didn't check anything.

Mykaela my waitress was the Best, very helpful with explaining the menu, and food was good and she was very attentive!! Thanks Mykaela
