I am now the proud owner of a new Bow, and it's thanks to Gary at
Outdoor Hobbies.co.uk
His advice was invaluable, and his communication with his customers was second to none.
Gary could certainly teach other businesses a thing or two about customer service. As his is Excellent. So is my New Bow. Very Happy Customer.
Cheers Gary 👍👍👍 10/10

Gary was very helpful with my enquiry, responding almost immediately to my e-mails. My order was received within five days (inc. weekend). My item was as described, and of top quality workmanship. I can fully recommend "Outdoor Hobbies" 100% to any potential customer. Norman T.

Excellent service from start to end. Just made my second order here, order was sorted and sent in a day. Everything came well packaged the day later. I struggled to find just the crossbow I wanted many had it out of stock. This one was the best price too and came with a variety of extras many others who stock it don’t include. (Jaguar 1) Managed to get all extra bits I wanted too and Gary was really helpful on the email and sorted some other things for me I wanted. Expect I’ll be back in again in coming weeks to place another order as I’m loving this hobby and outdoor hobbies give a great timely helpful service with awesome products, thanks!

Great archery gear, excellent customer service - very speedy delivery.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. Excellent customer service, communication and speedy delivery.

Excellent company, fully professional service. Immediate response, all was sorted in a week time. Excalibur brand sent me part parts free of charge from Canada in 5 days. Top brand. Thank you.

This light bullwhips Are very fun to crack.
Very good for the price. I've got a 6 foot and 8 foot paracord ones.
The Costumer service is outstanding.

Ordered April 2020, took a good while to complete due to delays in release and lack of availability of accessories etc. due to international covid restrictions. However still very happy with their customer service during the process and very happy with the bow.
Thanks

- Boa noite!
Aguardo contato,
Elcio Cavalcanti

I have owned numerous crossbows but nothing in the high end range and decide it was time to upgrade. Having spoke to Gary at length, he helped and guided me in my choice with his knowledge and it made a lot of sense. Having now received my new Excalibur Assassin 400 TD I couldn’t be happier, it is exactly what I wanted and more. Gary is polite, quick to answer emails and was a pleasure to deal with. I will be returning as I’m sure to be adding to my collection in the future.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Gary has been exemplary in all respects when dealing with the order I placed. My item arrived much quicker than I expected and this was such a nice surprise. My emails were answered promptly by Gary, and his straight forward, no nonsense approach to all queries thrown his way just proved to me what a great, honest fella he really is. A rarity indeed in this modern world.
I would recommend "Outdoor Hobbies" to anyone without any hesitation and have already done so. You can be sure of quick, courteous, professional and honest help with any enquiries you may have.
A big THANK YOU to Gary for his help and patience in his dealings with me. Top marks.
All the very best JIm

I have used more than a few archery equipment suppliers in the past and THIS is what customer service should be about!
Gary, the owner, is fast , efficient, reliable and exceptional with regards to customer care, even when clearly extremely busy!
...And this extends beyond traditional 'bow archery'. The crossbow now has a definitive one stop shop. For me at least.
All of the help received over the past few weeks has really been very much appreciated.
A pleasure to do business with.

Thank you Gary.

Wide selection, good prices, accommodating for special requests!
Plus fast service.

Great experience, thank you!

The item I purchased took 6 months to get to me due to issues in the States, however Gary kept me up to date with progress it was as frustrating for him as it was for me.

There was an odd quirk with this item however Gary resolved the issue, I can highly recommend the Air Sabre an excellent weapon and Gary at Out Door Hobbies.

Why I choose Outdoorhobbies for the purchase of my latest crossbow (a Feradyne Axe 405)? Good organised website with a lot of choice for a good price. Good communication. This is not the first crossbow I buy of them and when I got interested in the Axe 405 their website was the first place I looked.

Good products, great prices and swift delivery. 5/5 will use again and recommend to others.
