P4D Avis 

First time using this service and guess what ?
Didn't even turn up ! Not even an email to say there was an issue.
In future people please use a firm directly than this company who uses multiple firms to do their transport.
Lesson learned.

P4D damaged 1 pallet from our shipment of 4 pallets and refused to take any liability for this. Zero interest in recrifying the problem. Currently taking them to small claims court.

We've been using P4D for a few years now and have had no issues. The website is easy to navigate for booking jobs and the drivers have always been professional and courteous. We've not had any complaints from the customers with regards to when their pallets are delivered.

Avoid avoid avoid ! Use Shiply NOT this shower is sh!+€. I’m STILL waiting for a refund for an uncollected pallet.

We had to transport a mobility scooter from Pembrokeshire to Cambridgeshire for my father. Very kind and helpful service from Nathan. Efficient and friendly driver who went over and above; helping my father get the scooter off the pallet and disposing of the waste. I will use the service again and would recommend!

Spoke to Ryan, and I forgot to log in and get a VAT receipt for the Company, took 2 minutes to connect to Ryan, and the receipt was sent through swiftly. Thank you, Ryan, you've always been so helpful in the past and present!! Great customer service as usual.

Still await responses have emailed as told left messages and even been told that I would be called back absolutely nothing this is become a joke now over a month and still nothing

Mark on the live chat was super quick to respond and have me the pallet update I requested near instantly. Great Service!

I organised a parcel delivery online with no printer option and came up print label. I went into their livechat and within minutes Ryan had resolved the issue for me in a very polite and efficient way

A thoroughly smooth and pleasant transaction from start to finish. The website was clear and easy to use giving me accurate instructions and details regarding the booking I had made. Booking a slot for pickup was easy and straightforward and the chap who picked up the pallet was very helpful and efficient. The pallet arrived safely in good order and I was able to track its progress too which was very helpful. All in all a great experience at a great (and competitive) price - thanks team!

The team have been amaze to deal with, online support and feedback was quick and responsive. Competitive pricing was delivered as well as great customer service. Follow up conversation after the delivery was appreciated.

Mark has been extremely helpful in ensuring we can make the arrangements necessary to collect a tricky parcel from 4.5 hours drive away.

This is the WORST company for pallet delivery, worst customer service (Ryan and Mark)
We booked the collection for 2 pallet 1wekk in advance but they never come to pick up the pallets, we have contacted customer service Ryan and Mark they assured us 100% collection will be Next Day and no one show up and always we contacted them always Next Day until we decided to use another company.
If you don't want customer disappointment and late delivery AVOID this company P4D Parcels for Delivery

We used P4d for delivery of some of our pallets for my business. First of all we paid for express service and they did not get picked up. We had to keep hounding them to get picked up the next day. The pallets were then delivered with over £2k of stock destroyed and boxes within the pallet crushed and one of the pallets tipped on its side. they clearly did not have it strapped in correctly in the truck.

However, to make matters worse we had insurance via P4D. At first, Ryan from customers services was responding and then suddenly when we came to settlement, we heard nothing. They are still ignoring us now and it's been 2 months. We are only a small business and £2k is a lot of stock to lose.

Pay the extra money and use a reputable business. They are scammers and cowboys!

P.s I never normally write reviews often, so this should reflect how bad this service was!!

An eBay purchase that was too big to send via regular post.
P4d kept me informed along the whole process.
Even gave me a smaller window on delivery day,so didn't have to stay in all day.
Would definitely use again if needed.

if somethings goes wrong, nobody can help in this company. login not working for months / unless you follow up multiple times, your refund wont come. they wont provide statement of account ( since login is not working, we cant access ).
better to pay a bit more and do business with platforms which are more reliable.

I used P4D quite some times the previous year. Thought I dint knew the company it turned out more than good. All good deliveries from overseas (and it was not just a parcel delivery, but some big home furniture) were handed in the best way. Well taken cared of and in time.
In the last shipment the man who went to pick up the itam from the friend place thought it was not packaged well enough to travel and did a new packaging by himself.
Further more a girl in the office, was in contact all the time, asking for quotes. delivery options etc, was always so king and helpful.
All in all the feedback is really positive

Used P4D to return a fragile item back to a supplier. Delivered via DHL, arrived broken so supplier will not refund. Complained directly to DHL, who eventually sent me back to P4D. Neither company will help, support or compensate. Will not be using their service again.

Pallet was collected and delivered on time, but ... the online tracking was not working on their website (across a 5 day period). This alarmed me and so I had to contact them via chat function to confirm it was enroute and delivered. If there's one thing that a delivery company needs to prioritise it's functioning online tracking
