Owen is great at the branch, but the courier’s they use are so rough, I’ve sent multiple parcels and every single one gets damaged. Definitely changing companies.

awful, They lost one of my cases(3 packages), also it takes 12 days to deliver 2 of them.

Item was collected within 24 hours, delivery speed excellent. Received a call from our customer when item was delivered to declare items inside we’re damaged. Items were not fragile, damage was to packaging so no able to be sold.

Staff were very helpful
Staff were very helpful. Package was easily sent off with minimal effort and it arrived at the destination 2 days earlier than expected.

Helpful, friendly and professional
I was quite overwhelmed with the whole experience of sending 4 large packages to Melbourne. I was travelling from Geraldton and dropping off the goods in Perth. I called Pack and Send Welshpool and spoke to Owen who was so friendly and helpful in advising me what to do. I booked my freight online with Pack and Send Welshpool as the pick up point, as advised by Owen. Upon dropping the goods off at Welshpool Owen greeted us and was again very helpful and professional. Will totally recommend them to anyone. Dropped goods off Thursday morning - they arrived at destination in Melbourne on the Monday!
