Terrible Quality of synthetic rough fibre..
What the people sent me was not soft and smooth, but rough and made of some synthetic fibre that would irritate the skin in less than six hours.
I am sure that they sent me the wrong product.
Due to the roughness of the product, I had to cut a hole into the right stocking, because it irritated a corn on the small toe.
Extremely disappointed with the quality. There was certainly not a bit of bamboo in that pair of stockings that's for sure.
I wrote to them and also told them that I needed to cut a hole into the side of the right stocking . I received an answer some days afterwards offering me a fifty percent refund. I accepted. naturally. But, much rather would I have enjoyed a pair of 'soft bamboo compression stockings as it was advertised.
Not the experience I had been looking forward to.

Knee compression bandages
The knee bandages are very good helping with pain. As soon as I removed them the pain came back instantly. They took quite a long time to come through the post, as I thought it was a UK company from their email address, it comes from China.

Soft, gentle gloves
Product is great, the compression gloves are soft and comfortable. Feel like they definitely helped, especially at night.

China not UK and sizing erratic
Yes the clue is in the name, bamboo comes from China! My compression socks are sized for a midget so are useless and I’m not going to try and send them back to China! Knee supports are too large and slip down. So nice products if you feel sure they’ll fit properly. The customer service was very poor as the order was processed so fast that I didn’t have time to check the delivery address and I forgot to add the house number. Despite 3 emails IMMEDIATELY after I placed the order it was about 5 days before someone replied saying it was too late to change the address. Luckily the delivery was by Evri and I re-routed to a collection point. Sorry but won’t be buying from them again as it’s deceitful to call yourself a UK company when you’re clearly not.
