I have been using Paperstone for many years now and they are competitively priced and always deliver next day. However they went above and beyond recently when a parcel was left outside the wrong address and without hesitation customer services checked the POD and told me they would resend the order as they could see it was not delivered to my address. 100% satisfaction other retailers take note customer service is paramount and Paperstone are the best. Luna seat pad inadequate density
Seat pad too soft for 12 stone, my hips hit hard bottom!
Plastic gaiters split on assembly.
Rest works well, though I could do with a bit more height, say 20mm
#Paperstone kindly got back to me and resolved this. I now need recommendations for a chair with a denser seat cushion.

Trustworthy company
Surprisingly for these days I started to trust this company, and I think I have reason for making this exception.
The main advantage of ordering through amazon is that, if in doubt, the end-customer is always right.
The PaperStone employees are quite helpful in my opinion and the amazon defence is not necessary in their case.
If you can name a second reason why it is better to but from amazon,I'd very much like to hear it.

A minor hick up
Ordering & delivery went smoothly but then I opened my delivery and found I had received another companies order. When I rang Paperstone, they fully understood and arranged for a second order of the goods to be sent to me. The right order turned up with me the morning after contacting Paperstones. Everyone can mess up but it's the speed at which problems are sorted depicts a good company. Paperstones were exceptional at the speed it was all was sorted out. Well done. I would recommend them.

I wanted a set of steel bookends a little larger than the numerous sorts that Amazon offers, so I googled "Bookends" and found Paperstones, with a spec. that matched what I wanted. Marginally more than Amazon typical prices, but they are larger. I wasn't expecting them until after the weekend, but they were delivered next day by DPD, from a logistics warehouse in the Midlands (with a rather excessive amount of packaging - I feel pampered).
