Parahair Avis 

I bought some weave and it took 10 days to arrive. I bought the wrong g colour and length. When I wanted a refund this is what they said:
Dear Beverley:
Very sorry for any inconvenience we caused to you. Our refund is guaranteed, but we need to deduct the shipping fee, handling fee and restocking fee from your refund. This is not cost effective for you. Basically their refund is guaranteed (Lie) but u r not getting your money back.
Make sure u know what you want or lose your money. It’s lip service.

So I placed a order with this company Nov. 7th paid for 3-5 shipping which cost me another $21. Never was shipped out. I noticed the company talk to laurel 3x she told me that it haven't been shipped out yet. I had to cancel my client appt. Finally they shipped it out Nov. 15, 8 days later I asked for a $21 refund they said it was DHL fault NOPE IT WAS YOUR COMPANY FAULT.. this is not how you do business. In the process of looking for another vendor.. on top of all that I ordered the #2 and the company sent me.a #4 wow Mrs. H

This is my favorite go to online hairstore to purchase my extensionss. They have great quality hair for an amazing price! Highly recommend.

Great hair for the price you pay.
It's cheaper than other brands, it's soft make sure you order the right thickness for your hair I mistakenly ordered the 0.7g and it was super thin and my hair type isn't thin so I re ordered 1g and it took 100 strands for a full head a total of £125. I ordered micro loops. Super easy to put in and I'm in no way a hairdresser lol. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchases and would reccomend.

I purchased x2 115g of the wavey auburn weave 22” and It took two weeks to arrive but communication on their side was good. When it arrived the hair looked and felt really nice and i was pleased with it. I went to my exentionsit who fitted the hair for me and it is very very thin you can see my natural hair underneath so now I am not so impressed. You would think that 230 grams of hair would be enough but no. Also used heat on the extensions a couple of times and have gone wirey, which suggests to me that the hair is not real human hair. I have asked for a refund but I cannot send the product back because I have already paid 120 to have it installed and it costs money again to have it uninstalled. The hair is shedding like an animal and I paid 150 pounds for it. Do not waste your money.

I have really thin hair that won't grow since I'm on certain medications that affect my hair growth. I decided I would give these secrect hair extensions a try and they were really easy to put in and blend with my normal hair! The color was a great match and the hair was softer than I thought it would be and lovely quality! Packaging was wonderful as well. I will be purchasing again when I wear this one out!

Extremely DISAPPOINTED ordered 3 pks 20" 1g stick ITip red fusion human hair when I received it looked VERY short I measured and took pics as it figured 17" hopefully Parahair will honor something here as I am not looking for money back would like to return one of the packs to buy "22 I would like to say I am not a first time customer. I stop using a company in past because I paid for hair I order and they sent something different that's called POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

There extensions are thin, very little curl (I ordered curly), and 2 inches shorter than they claim. They say they will refund “if” your package doesn’t get stolen on the way back, and advises me not to return the package. Terrible extension!

I found para hair online on line and I really enjoyed their product. Out of curiosity I went through a couple other companies and I have red red hair, The color and the quality did not hold up to parahair and I am back and I know better now. This is one of the best hair companies I have found so far.

Terrible company. After I received the "hair" I paid $174. for, I immediately contacted them to let them know it was not only the wrong color ( it was orange) it was the worst quality I've ever seen. I've been doing extensions since 1985, so I've seen a lot of hair. This is horrendous. They gave me the runaround & now will not respond to my request for a return mail label. I will never deal with this company again. Extremely disappointed!

Terrible customer service and even worse hair.

I just placed an order for 16" black u tip extentions, and I got the stick tip ones which I can not use. Also my previous order again I ordered black exstentions and I got blonde. I have requested they honor their mistake, and of course they say its my mistake, because they don' t make mistakes, I guess. They never offered any resolution at all. Sad times its just like stealing from someone!

Scam!!! I ordered hair and expedited shipping. I never received my order and have an angry client.

I am happy with the ease of use of the website and the hair itself. I wish shipping was faster, but the quality of the hair is great and it doesn't mat and tangle.

This is the worst quality hair I have ever purchased. I have used a lot of companies and para hair has the worst possible ones. The hair feels like synthetic hair. Feels like straw or could be described as horse hair. This hair is not real human hair. It looks dead before you even add any heat, then when you add heat it makes it worse. I paid a lot for this hair and o regret trusting the reviews on here. I ordered 220g and it’s so thin, the top is thick so you can’t tie your hair up and the bottom is thin and dead. AVOID! DO NOT BUY FROM PARA HAIR.

I love the hair for the most part. Every time I’ve chose fast shipping, it takes well over two weeks to arrive. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of any customer service. Also, the hair always smells like fish.
