Item already opened and used
The box the item was delivered in was already opened and unsealed, as well as crumpled and the item itself appears used (when shaking there only sounds like a lot of the product is gone).
Requested a full refund.

First and foremost, we would like to state that we never had such an issue with any of our orders/customers before. We have a strict policy to successfully fulfil and deliver all orders in perfect and brand-new condition. If your statement is true, it seems like the parcel and the spray were both damaged during the transit. Again, this is something never happened before but we immediately offered to send you a replacement regardless of the situation. However, you didn’t accept the replacement and you didn’t provide us with any pictures showing the damaged product which makes the situation very suspicious. We issued a full refund to you anyway but the genuinity of your statement is very questionable.

Good seller, I ordered a perfume sample from them and they sent it right away, but there were problems with delivery. The manager contacted me immediately and two days later I received my order.

Happy Customer After Delay
Having now received my purchase after a delay I can confirm that I am now pleased with what has arrived. I’m glad that I ordered the samples as there is one of them that really doesn’t appeal but then that’s just me and would possibly be very acceptable to someone else. You can’t like everything can you? Would use this site again.

Excellent Service. Parfumeria immediately offered refund when I queried why royal mail delivery appeared to have disappeared into a black hole. Refund processed in couple of days. Many days later original package unexpectedly delivered by royal mail. Parfumeria unprompted advised I could keep the perfume samples as a gift from them so I didn't have to arrange to return them. Great Xmas spirit. Thank You.

Good idea to be able to try before you buy.
Good idea to be able to try before you buy. Good customer service when I had a moan about delivery times (but Christmas time so maybe I should have expected it). Hope they broaden the range! Would be great if they could build in some scent notes so you could narrow search down to certain types. I'm sure I'll use them again.

I was appalled by the plastic bottle…
I was appalled by the plastic bottle and the price I paid, was going to give a friend this for Christmas as a little taster rather than buying the full one! Thought it would at least look like the full bottle!!

Hi Gemma. We've already contacted you to offer you a refund but you haven't replied to us. Apparently, you rushed your purchase decision without reading what we're selling on our website. We use pictures of actual perfume bottles as the main product images so people can easily browse our collection and quickly recognise the perfume they're looking for. We do our best to manage our customer expectations by showing a picture of the plastic sample bottle we sell on each product page to make you aware that you would receive your samples in a plastic bottle. The miniature bottles are rarely manufactured by the brands so it is very hard to find them. That’s why all perfume sample websites sell the same plastic bottles we use. You will always receive a plastic bottle whichever website you order your perfume sample from. These platic atomisers are the standard across all perfume sample websites in the UK.
