PawSquad Avis 

I was away from home, when my little Jack Russell was struggling to breathe early in the morning (8am). I was panicking and then remembered I had the Paw Squad 24/7 vet assistance. I videoed my dog and called the vet. My call was answered quickly. I was asked questions and reassured that it was a symptom of a reaction to her Kennel Cough vaccination the previous week. The phone call was backed up by an emailed report. Fantastic service.

Very poor experience. Contacted them hoping to get answers and treatment for my dog. Was told what I already knew that my dogs nail is sore and swollen! Well obviously that's why I've contacted them in the first place. They advised me to make an appointment with the vet in the morning. I thought paws quad ARE vets. When I asked if they can recommend anything for treatment they've just disconnected the chat. And they charge £40 for that? Luckily I didn't have to pay as its included in my pet insurance but if I had to pay I would be demanding a refund. Very disappointing

Last night I was advised by pdsa last night and they gave me pawsquad to speck to a vet by zoom and the first vet was amazing and asked me if my dog Bella got any worse get back in touch with them so I did and straight away they told me to go pdsa straight away and they said I didn't need to get in touch with pdsa just for me to get there I can honestly say they are amazing company

My dog died last night. I kept telling the vet how poorly my dog was. This was what my out of hours vets said I had to use and if the vet thought the dog needed to be seen then they would give me an appointment. The vet told me my dog looked ok and stable. I ended up rushing my dog to the vets in hope they would see me where my dog was so Ill she passed away. Your vets obviously are not qualified. When someone is telling you my pet is very ill and all they say is she looked stable. Shame on your vets.

I'd never want to be without Pawsquad. Again their excellent advice has informed my next steps for my pet.

Lovely Romanian vet located in Spain took my early hours video call and looked at my dog real-time. She was very kind and discussed different options. It's so good having a vet online to talk to during worrying times. Of course they can only help so far before you take your pet to see a local vet face to face, but it's fantastic to have an expert to talk to in the meantime.

I had not heard of Pawsquad before adopting my new cats, but what a marvellous idea! To be able to speak to a vet quickly via video call and show them the pet whilst discussing concerns was SO reassuring. Obviously this does not replace you usual local veterinary care for consistency and long term knowledge, but for small checks it is great. Vets were friendly and professional and gave clear, helpful advice. Thank you so much.

The vet I spoke to was very friendly and very helpful. She listened to what was going on with my dog and advised me what to do. They were very professional all through the call.

They were so helpful and understanding when I was so worried about my dog that had been bitten by another dog can’t fault them at all vets were amazing

Very professional but also pleasant to talk too. Video call was very good as vet could actually check my dog via camera. Altogether fast service, very good , would highly recommend and use again.

Very helpful and fast response.
Unfortunately our pet dog passed away, she had to put to sleep due to her cancer worsening. But the helpful service received helped us as much as they could while she was suffering. We used the service through PDSA, both times out of hours and the response was almost immediate both times and very understanding and helpful.

Excellent online vet service. Out of hours vet was sick and my cats eye condition was looking bad. The knowledgeable Dr Daniela Jessen reassured me while looking at him through the camera. Advised to continue drops as they wouldn't make the problem worse which I was worried about

contacted Pawsquad for advice about my dog. The vet was very helpful indeed and explained fully what to do.
