We have subscribed to regular deliveries of PawTree Turkey and Sweet Potato kibble for our Cavalier King Charles spaniels for 10+ years. We now blend this high quality kibble with another high quality beef based kibble (Bixbi) plus FreshPet fresh food etc. to keep our Cavaliers healthy and happy. PawTree has excellent customer service and US-made products our dogs thrive on!

Delivery was timely
Delivery was timely, food is loved by dog but, there have recently been a lot of crumbs in the bags. Probably about a cup or so of tiny dusty like particles of food instead of the nugget form.

PAWTREE uses FedEx Delivery Service which is HORRIBLE!!
1. The order was confirmed ~August 2/3 but delivered via FEDEX over a week late. I had to purchase PAWTREE from Amazon. 2. On the website the photo of 5 lb Whitefish and brown rice doesn’t indicate it’s for dog or cat, so I received a bag of cat food. However, customer support refunded that charge to my credit card (5 star kuddos to PAWTREE customer support).

Shipping Dept. Fail
The delivery was awful - the box was crushed. My dog loves the Duck Mango freeze dried treats, but a bag is too pricey to worry about a lousy packing and shipping job.
