Great service from picking the carpet to instalation. Lots of communication received but my only criticism is I was told I could pay month when set up. I have emailed and received nothing back but generic emails and still not paying monthly as I requested.

Got cancelled 3 times told 3 different stories on why each time then the guy that finally turns up told me that’s all lies! Had my living room emptied 3 times for them to cancel on the day of the fitting! A huge fish tank emptied 3 times!
Then left all their mess behind after fitting left bumps and lumps in the vinel
