Very good service and fast postage, well recommended

I purchased the fantastic Ergorack with Tandem extension for our Thorn bike. Very well made, totally solid & secure when on the roof and easy to assemble. I couldn't find anything as good elsewhere. Excellent service from the team when I had some follow up queries. Recommended!

This is an excellent solid bike rack and is strong enough for a Cube electric bike. The rack was dispatched promptly and arrived in three days.

A couple of things to think about. Make sure you check what sort of from axel your bike has and order the right adapter. It wasn’t obvious that I needed to do this when ordering and I was lucky that I got the right adapter. Secondly, I find it easier to put the rack on the roof first and lift my bike onto it - this is probably just the weight of the bike.

Overall I am very pleased with the rack. It was the only solution I could find for taking an ebike on a car roof.

Whoever works for Pendle, you all deserve a raise. Supporting small-medium enterprises is something we should all do more but Pendle absolutely destroy any of the big boys.

I’ve bought an Ergorack in the last week and the service and quality is second to none. I enquired over live chat on a Saturday and had a response so quickly on just one small query (can the rack work with Thule bars - it does!) but sadly the Boost spacing I needed was out of stock. The person I spoke to adjusted the stock as the spacers can just be swapped out. Bought immediately thereafter.

TNT turned up the following working day and the item had been packed brilliantly and handled well - no damage, perfect.

Installing the Ergorack took around 15-20 mins but it is an amazingly well thought out and well engineered piece of kit. It is without doubt worth every penny. None of the big goons like Thule would ever make something anywhere close to this standard in terms of user friendly, quality and just well thought out.

10/10, have a 100/10 and I’d still feel like I’m robbing you of a true rating. Just a mega bit of kit. I’ll be ordering another shortly as I’m so impressed and need another.

Item arrived within a week but I thought 5 pounds shipping for a LT 100g small parcel was a bit steep.

Replacement parts, really great that these are readily available.

High quality and relatively easy to put together. The 5 straps are ideal fir securing my handcycle to tricycle rack.

We were unsure whether the rack would be suitable for tow ball, sent email to Pendle 30 minutes later phone call answered all our queries. Delivery arrived early next day full fitting instructions in the box. Easy to fit very well constructed rack exactly what we needed for out tandem which has a smaller front wheel. Excellent product well worth the purchase.

Very robust and smart piece of kit, assembly fairly straightforward, instructions make good sense.

The customer service when I ordered was first rate, they made sure I had exactly the right set up. I ordered a trike plus bike rake plus ramps for the trike. The order arrived on time and very securely packed.
The assembly instructions were clear and it all went together smoothly. Can't wait to use it.

My previous Pendle was great too, but not designed to take an e-bike
