I already used the return label they sent, didn't expect it would be so simple. Package opened with barely any effort—no tape wrestling this time. Next thing I know, the swap is in my hands, all within a few days. This is way smoother than my last online hassle.

The product is not good. I bought it as a leaving gift, and while the personalisation is a nice touch, I am disappointed with the overall quality.

Never got anything, refund issued late. Be wary.

The delivery company delivered it to a neighbour and by the time I got over there it had been stolen of the doorstep. The delivery company was not bothered about it either just told me to search the whole street and knock on doors.

I just received 2 Christmas baubles I ordered, in memory of my cats. They were very pretty, with cats inside the baubles, and snow around their feet - all twinkly, and a lovely way to remember pets that have passed. Unfortunately the baubles were nothing like that - at all!! They were literally a plain bauble with a sticker on the front. And even the sticker wasn't on properly!! I have since complained, asking for a full refund - but I doubt they care at all. They're just into making money. Please don't order from them - the quality is absolutely appalling. And NOTHING like the image they advertise.

Is this real company I bought my item on 5th February and I have not received anything from them. The money is taken but nothing from them. I can't even get in touch.

What a useless company!! Impossible to track any goods, I presume as not sent. I wish I'd looked at reviews before I ordered.. I doubt I'll get a refund. Lesson learned...

I ordered 3 monorail baubles. Great communication and tracking but when I received the items there was defect on each one of them. Managed to pop out the dent in one of them but it's still visible.
I wouldn't order again.

I bought the ‘fantastic paint stripper’… absolute rubbish! I emailed them complaining that the product was just water and had no affect on any surfaces. Made a complaint, had a feeble response, another email sent requesting full refund which i got fairly quickly.I used paypal so felt confident of a full refund. Research this company on scammers websites before any purchases

0 stars from me! What a scam. Ordered trousers and bras from two different Facebook shops in a larger size than I needed, expecting sizes to be skimped. Emails came from Peekrose. Gave neighbour a good laugh - they're at least three sizes too small.
Taught me a valuable but expensive lesson about getting hooked by Facebook ads.
Goods come from China via USA so not throwing good money after bad to return them

I'd leave zero stars if I could! I bought the grey hair dye which promised to colour your hair without damaging it. Although I left it on for 1hr 15mins as soon as I washed the dye out it hadn't changed my hair one bit. Waste of time and money and I should have known better!!!@

Bought 3 tubes silver dye and used as per basic instructions and it doesn't work! Complete waste of time and money! And surprise surprise Service@peekrose doesn't accept emails. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Fully expect full refund

BEWARE OF 'RETURNS'I ordered trousers which had the same label as I had ordered from elsewhere previously. In all fairness, my order was delivered in a week, but the trousers were of a different material and a looser fit than before; although fine. I had foolishly ordered two more pairs at the same time because i wasn't sure of the sizing and they offered returns. HOWEVER...in a prompt response to my email they tell me that I'm not able to return because their warehouse is in China and then offering to send me the correct item if I pay them a further £7!!!! Safe to say, I will not be taking them up on their offer.

Ordered 2 tops which took long while to come thought I had been scammed but then received the 2 tops which were what they had described and was good quality

I ordered some Bra's for my wife, should have been 2 pks of 3 at £50 when we got them 4 weeks later we only got 2 Bra's and don't know where the others are DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMING EVERYONE!!!

I was really dubious after buying from them and THEN reading the reviews. 🤦‍♀️ I wasn't holding out much hope. Well the cubes have arrived, before Christmas. I was kept up to date with the shipping and delivery. Product is as ordered. Don't know how long they will last but for the price, I'm happy.

Scam. Bought interactive dog toy. Just a squeaky toy didn’t jump around etc. kept messaging me with rubbish. Will be reporting to PayPal to try and get refund
