Pen Heaven Avis 

I ordered some notebooks as a present and I required a logo on the notebook. The image I had wasn't perfect and I couldn't ask for another version, without ruining the surprise.

Aneta sorted this out for me, along with helping with the order in ways other companies would not.

I don't often leave reviews, but Aneta has been outstanding. The whole process has been easy and effortless. It's rare to receive such service and so I wanted to say so.

Fast delivery despite bank holidays at the end of the year. Friendly customer service who corrected my mistake on an order when I emailed on explaining the change required - which didn’t even delay delivery (thanks Joe!)

I ordered a beautiful pen to offer as a gift to my mum for Christmas and was anxiously waiting for it to arrive as I was supposed to fly to France where she lives. Days went by and I started to pay a bit more attention to the date as my trip was approaching. But my pen was still missing. I finally used the tracking number provided and saw it had already been delivered but ... to whom? I enquired about it to my neighbours, my flatmates but nothing. That's when I noticed, on the Royal mail website that apparently the postman did not completely pushed the small parcel through the letter trap in the door. Where was it? There was only one explanation: someone, seeing the parcel, stole it. I sent an desperate email to Pen Heaven explaining the situation and Joe, from the customer service, litteraly saved my Christmas. He assessed and understood immediately the situation then sent me another order with a before 1pm delivery the day after. And this time, I was there to receive it. So a big thank you, Joe. Ordered a fountain pen and inks on Friday 19th December at 7am. All arrived Saturday 20th at 1pm. Excellent service. Excellent value and great advice.

My quill pen arrived damaged I telephoned the company and they were so helpful. I received an apology and a promise that a new one would be dispatched immediately. This arrived within 24 hours. I have never experienced customer service like this as it was exemplary. I will definitely buy from such a customer focused company again in the future. My pen is really lovely and worth every penny.

I recently purchased some stationary from Pen heaven but had forgotten an item. Not only did Joe amend the order quickly without any issue but he also added it in for free as a goodwill gesture. To top it off I got my order within a couple of days.

I ordered a silver pencil which arrived promptly but the end had snapped. I advised Pen Heaven who responded immediately and without any fuss sent a replacement pencil by special delivery

Had a dysfunctional pen supplied (which was the manufacturers responsibility) by Pen Heaven, but it was dealt with by Joe in a very personal way including several phone calls and the problem was thus sorted and a replacement part supplied.

Absolutely great service!!! I had ordered 3 pens from pen heaven, it was my very first order from Pen Heaven so I had a doubt whether it would arrive on time. So I contacted them via email, to my surprise and relief Joe from Pen heaven replied me straight away. And he contacted me via telephone as well just to reassure me they have got everything under control. And I got everything delivered before time as Joe promised me. It was such a great experience. Sent out a dysfunctional pen with the wrong cartridges. When approached did respond very quickly, but made it clear that a refund was not on the cards. I was given advice to use a warm water procedure to remove dried ink from a supposedly new pen. This did not work. Very confusing to be given the wrong cartridges and this masked the issue with the pen itself. Lots of hassle and still no working pen.

My wife is a teacher and started a new job, as a teacher she loves stationery!

I wanted to mark the occasion so bought her a Cross pen with an engraving.

Pen Heaven were brilliant, the price was excellent, service door-to-door was quick and the pen absolutely stunning, the engraving was exactly what I ordered.

Top marks for service, as I forgot to select urgent postage on my item, and Joe sorted the issue for me so I received my photo album in time! No quibbles, no messing, just an excellent and speedy response. In addition, the item is really nice quality and perfect for what I need.
