THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER
If I could give negative a billion stars I would. Legit probably - and I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on shoes / clothing / fashion etc over the last 30+ years on this plant and my transaction with this company was probably the single worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a “sample” pair of shoelaces for $12 and change and they sent me a TOTALLY different pair. Ok cool - it’s $12 shoelaces I could give a rip about that….but then they had the audacity to email me saying they saw my order was delivered / was I satisfied / and did I want to make a bulk order for $450 for I don’t even know and am too lazy to look it up but something like ~200-pairs of shoelaces. So I responded that actually no - I wasn’t satisfied (as again they tried to upsell me by close to $500 when they couldn’t even deliver the righty sample). And then when I stood up for myself the response I got was essentially “you ordered a sample / we sent you a sample / deal with and go away”. I almost flew down to FL to sue them in civil court just out of principle but instead I chose to drive up the hill to Aspen and have an iced tea on a patio on a beautiful CO day. Avoid this business like the plague.

Sam, this might be the most dramatic $12 situation we’ve ever seen.
Let’s clear up what actually happened. We don’t sell retail products sitting on shelves ready to ship. We create custom promotional items in bulk. The image on our site is from a previous client’s order, not inventory we can pull and send. The “random sample” you ordered is exactly that, a sample meant to show material and print quality, not a replica of someone else’s custom design. The product you expressed interest in has a minimum order of 100 pairs of shoelaces that are printed with a custom design.
You received the srandom ample you ordered. That’s what was ordered, and that’s what was delivered.
When you told us you weren’t satisfied, we didn’t dismiss you. We immediately offered two straightforward solutions. We could apply your $12 toward a fully customized sample with your own design, or we could issue a full refund and let you keep the sample. Instead of choosing either option, you sent multiple aggressive and threatening emails, escalating a $12 sample into something far beyond what it ever needed to be.
Despite that, we refunded you in full anyway that same day.
The follow-up email you mentioned is a question we ask every customer to see how they liked the sample, if they were satisfied with the quality, and if they’d like to move forward with a bulk order (because that's why we're in business - not for samples). That’s not an “audacious upsell”, it’s standard customer service for any business that sells promotional items. How else would we know if our customers are unhappy if we didn't ask?
What stands out here isn’t a failure on our end, it’s the expectation that a fully custom product created and paid for by someone else would somehow be stolen from them and shipped to you, combined with your belief that threatening emails are an appropriate response.
We work with thousands of businesses all over the country that understand how custom promotional products operate. We guide them through the process, create their designs, and deliver products that represent their brand the right way. That’s what we’ll continue focusing on.
We wish you the best, and we’re glad you got your $12 back. Use that $12 refund to buy another iced tea and "Mellow" out.

This is another example of why TrustPilot just cannot be trusted. This review is completely fake. This happened a while back too and trust pilot would not resolve it. We get a phone call from a company wanting to get rid of our negative reviews. When we say no, we’re not interested mysteriously we get a negative review from a name nowhere in our database and a review that makes no sense. What is a 4 inch policy? Fake, just like TrustPilot - they’re interested in money only, not honest reviews.

The owner rarely has interactions with customers unless he personally knows them. This review is from an angry ex-employee who was a "salesperson". She did not make a single sale in 2 months, so she was let go. Like most businesses, we can't keep salespeople who don't sell, especially when they sell $0 in two months. Bogus reviews like this shouldn't be allowed on this platform.
