Perfume Hub Avis 

I ordered 2 presents on the 7th of December and still not received and crnt get hold of them!

Do not bother with this joke of a company. Totaly waste of space emailed them on a couple of ocasions no reply also rang them a few times the phone number is conveniently out of service everytime i call currently disputing this with my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Placed a order on 31 December received nothing. No reply from email sent. No way to contact them. Scam. Scam. Scam.

Purchased a box of wax melts bath salts on 27th December still nothing emailed also tried to phone but phone number not in service Fb and webpage down definitely a bunch of fraudsters ! 🤬

Ordered 2 boxes and only received 1. Looking at the reviews I'm shocked I even received 1 box.

They replied to my messages and were proper nice to me, sent me a new box but it never arrived. Now they don't exist. I feel lucky to have received 1 box, but I still want a refund for the box that never arrived

Definitely a scam ordered there wax melts box with spray on 6th December, have emailed them numerous times and also phoned the company , to no avail. I've now sent details etc to PayPal, so I hope they can now sort out my problem. Wish I'd read these comments before I'd ordered .

Scam as all other comments have said. Placed a order emailed a while back to chase up no respond emailed today bounced back notice page on Facebook has gone and also website is “under maintenance” luckily paid via pay pal!
Only problem people like this will keep changing names of websites to con more people

Seems alot of us have been cheated out of our money, vile Liars, I'm going to arrange for these fraudsters to be investigated.

I never recieved my wax melts I ordered before Christmas and nobody has replied to my email . I can't seem to find them on Facebook now neither so I guess I've been blocked . .would not recommend

I believe that this company may be scamming people. I ordered on 16 December and I’ve not received anything. I have emailed a few times, messages via Instagram, tried to call the number from the website but it is not in service. Also when I search the company on Facebook now they no longer exist.
Having read some other reviews just now I believe many others have experienced the same thing. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow.

SCAM Ordered the Christmas wax melt and room spray box. Ordered on the 19th and never came so I contacted them on the 26th. They replied via messenger on the 29th asking if I’d like a refund or another box sent out so I asked for another delivery as it was a present. Should of been here on the 4th/5th and still nothing has arrived. They messaged me Friday saying I could have a refund and now I’m block on messenger and their main site doesn’t exist so I’ve had an indemnity claim refunded by the bank! AVOID

Placed an order on 24th November, it hadn't arrived after 10 days so got in contact with them via Facebook messenger with no response,tried calling them and emailing them again still no response!
I tried sending them another message on messenger and they eventually replied saying they would get in touch with the warehouse to find out why I hadn't received it. I've just tried to get in touch again and have now been blocked!
Fraudulent company who like taking people's hard earned money 😭

Scam company. Listing and trading under different names. Companies House says company dissolved.
Blocked my messages when my items never arrived. Don't buy.

This company is now trading as lush scents uk Ltd on fb have a look. Absolute shocking I’ve reported them again to trading standards won’t be trading for much longer.

My melts didn't arrive,messaged them via email they said I should of recieved by now so they will resent but now blocked me

Reading all of these reviews are the same as me ordered in Nov nothing received they don't respond to anything. I think this company needs reporting, they are just scaming people taking their money for nothing.

Ordered 2 sets of wax melts on 25th November for Xmas gifts
Items not received despite messages on messenger saying they would be with me “soon”
I tried to message them today 8th Jan and they have blocked me!

I wouldn't give 1 star rating. Ordered early Dec for Xmas gifts with 10 day delivery. Had an email for dispatch 13th December and still not received. Phone is switched off and no reply to emails. Joke of a company

I ordered on 4thdecember hadtxs to say they are waiting for royal mail pick it up on 13th still no order .phone number is not working and they still on Facebook. Total scam
