Perfume Hub Avis 

SCAM !!!!! ORDERED ON 4th DECEMBER 2021 AND ORDER NOT RECEIVED ! EMAILED BUT NO RESPONSE. THEY’VE SWITCHED OFF THE COMMENTS ON FACEBOOK AND THE PHONE NUMBER DOES’NT WORK!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I placed an order on November 30th. In belief my order would be with me in 10 working days. These were Christmas presents and never arrived. I’ve messaged a number of times with no response, I have now opened a claim with PayPal.
Joke of a company.

Absolute joke of a company! Placed an order on 1st Dec to be told it was complete on 6th Dec. Like so many other im still waiting on it. Emailed numerous time with no response. Messaged via FB and got very periodic responses. Clearly couldnt run a bath this mob. Funny how all the negative comment on FB get swiftly deleted woth only positive ( naive) comments left. Dont waste your time folks. Buy from a reputable seller. I will be claiming back my money from Pay Pal.

Still waiting for order arrived that was supposedly dispatched on 13th December. Judging by the reviews I'll still be waiting next Christmas.
Emailed them several times with no reply.
Ended up claiming from PayPal as its obvious they are just thieves.
Seriously don't be lured in to their trap and spend your money elsewhere

10 days from purchase it took for them to say awaiting collection from royal mail and will take 5 working days for delivery . Joke of a company . Do no buy from them , if they can't handle the back log , turn off the buying on website

eVIL LITTLE PEOPLE WHO STEAL YOUR MONEY ON ebay,,THEN DONT DELIVER YOUR GOODS!!!.I made an order a month ago on ebay from this vile company!!!!.THIEVES!!!,,. Ive not received the stuff i ordered.Dont order things off them,,you wont get them delivered,,especially off EBAY,,whoever is doing the sales.BEWARE..THEIR THIEVES!.

Worst experience ever ordered on 19th november they say 10 days nothing.
I tried customer services twice emailed no reply joke i tried contact number from automatic reply doesnt work, ring the one on site just rings its like details are fake i opened a dispute im sick of trying now avoid

This seller names people on eBay with there names and address if they leave honest feedback!

If I could give zero i would unreal was quick enough to take my money.
Selling stuff knowing full well its not in stock.
Right on top of Christmas a proper shambles of a company,its borderline fraudulent.
Will not be using again and would recommend to any using this site for reviews to not use these.

ORDERED SEPTEMBER NOW NOVEMBER ORDER STILL SAYS PROCESSING!

Ordered perfumes never arrived(Order #22305), I have tried to contact the seller, no response, therefore I decided to open dispute through PayPal - awaiting currently for resolution, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

I have to say i was rather sceptical as i had not received any conformation email, to the point i even raised an issue with Paypal. A friend told me to check my spam email which didn't even enter my mind, and low and behold the conformation was there. After 6 days it arrived so 5* to Perfume Hub for their service.
Lesson to be learnt about checking Spam email.!

This was my first experience with this company and certainly won't be the last. I was very impressed by the selection on offer and they even ordered in a perfume that wasn't normally stocked. The perfume arrived really quickly and very well packaged.

Very trusted site and I'm very impressed with it and Cheapperfumes.co.uk won't be getting my orders any more!
