After I bought the perfum, I started having doubts of the legit of it, as it seemed to good to be true. Googling the reviews, I literally got into a panic attack. I emailed them, and got a quick reply with an estimate date of delivery. Bought it on a Saturday, and it was delivered by post office 48h tracked on Wednesday. What a bargain, the perfum is genuine and they send a nice sample too. Very happy and will be buying again. Thank you

Same as another customer. The 5 bottles of perfume I ordered and paid for did not arrive. The box delivered had the small free gift only. Total SCAM!!!!!!!

After reading all the negative reviews on here I was skeptical about ordering. Needn't have worried at all. Great prices, genuine aftershaves and all arrived really quickly too. Good email comms keeping me up to date on my order and was delivered through Royal Mail so got an email and text telling me when my parcel would be delivered. Personally couldn't fault anything about my experience or quality of the products ordered. Will definitely use again.

I purchased an Ariana Grande gift set for my daughter as her Christmas present. When my daughter opened the gift on Christmas day we noticed that the mist perfume was only half full. I have tried to contact the company on several occasions with no answer. I have sent several emails about this which are being ignored. I did get through to a lady on one of my calls who sais she will look into this and email me back. That was on the 5th Jan and I have heard nothing back. My daughter now has a gift she is unable to use and quick frankly I am appalled by their service.

Ordered perfume for a Christmas present on the 11th Dec, should have received 14th by Royal Mail tracked and still nothing and no help what so ever from perfumeshopping.com, whoever they are! Not one reply to my emails so, have to dispute with Visa. No customer service what so ever, how can you run a business like this, it's a disgrace!?? Keep away!

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I placed an order and it arrived within the stated 3 days & I also received 2 complimentary items. My partner ordered some perfume for me for Christmas & that arrived 2 days after placing the order too. We're extremely happy with this site & will definitely use again.

6 days after I placed my order I have been notified to advise my order hand been cancelled! Just 3 days before Christmas. What is more shocking is they can’t prioritise or tell me when I will be refunded?!

I bought a perfume of prada at a very good price £30 they shipped it the next day and in 2 days i got the perfume delivered, with their free shipping and they sent me 2 lotions of 50ml of the brand ghost for free, I'm so happy with muy experience will buy from them again. Need to say that the perfume is authentic, i have scanned the barcode.

Ordered ladies version of 212, received the men’s.
Finally got through to someone, who said would send a prepaid envelope to return.

No envelope, left trying to get through to them again, no idea who the phone number goes through to it, but there is zero customer service.

Emails bounce back as undeliverable. I’m going to raise dispute with credit card company. Avoid

I have to agree with Chantelle, when I read the negative reviews I was mortified but I needn't have worried at all, the service was brilliant.
I ordered a perfume on Monday and it was delivered by Royal mail this morning (Wednesday) 😀 and you can't ask for better than that.
Maybe the Customer service issues some people experienced last year were as a result of staff shortages due to the pandemic, (just a thought)

I purchased a perfume from here that has been hard for me to find at a decent price for 100ml. I admit I didn't read the reviews before placing the order and panicked a bit after reading them but I'm happy to say the perfume arrived within 3 days at no extra cost and I was even given 2 free gifts of ghost perfume body cream! There was no need for me to have worried at all. Will order again from here.

I tried to return an item ordered for my husband. Tried to call the company but no answer, sent several emails, no response. Given up. Will not use them again.

Scammers! Don’t buy here! They take your money then say the perfume is not available and you can have a refund, sadly despite many emails no refund has happened!
