I received an email in very short notice even earlier in the morning - at around 5:30am (how do they expect me to check my email at this time of the day?!) saying that my delivery will arrive today (same day as I got the emails). Then in just 2 hours time I received another email saying that my delivery is being returned to the sender, as it "could not be delivered". What??!! £20 of money wasted to nothing, 2 days on, no refund or any response to complaint message I sent by email - nothing. I am truly appalled. Absolute shambles of a company.

Having trawled the internet I found Perfume Shopping offering a special offer on the product I required at a very competetive price. Despite many of their offers being marked *out of stock* the item I required was not. I placed my order and paid by Paypal, I received confirmation that my order had been received. However rhe following dayI received an e-mail advising me that the product I had ordered was out of stock despite,this the product was still being advertised as available. A couple of days later the product was re-advertised as available at almost DOUBLE the previous price. Strange as this happened within a day or so of being unavailable at the price advertised. Too good to be true I thought when I ordered and I was proved to be right . Leads me to think that this advert was either a genuine mistake on the part of Perfume Shopping (which I would like to believe, and therefore they would have honoured the order and updated their website accordingly) or that the product was never going to be sold at the price advertised. I will never use them again. Very Disappointed.

Perfume was delivered within 2 days of ordering and it was very well packaged. Good value for money so I will definitely be ordering from Perfume Shopping again. Highly recommend!

Not only do they offer fantastic value, they offer very fast and free postage. I have recommended family and friends.

Never used this site before so was a bit uncertain. However, they were absolutely brilliant, couldn't have asked for more. Ordered my item on my lunch break and it came the next afternoon. Good priced item and free delivery. Will defiantly buy from this company again!

The top brand perfumes are really cheap. The site is dead easy to use and was delivered within 48hrs and packaged really well. I would definitely use again as I got some good Crimbo pressies cheap.

i ordered a gents aftershave recently, while i accept the very fast delivery service to my address, i was left disapointed at the contents, which had been stolen , and an empty beer can in its place. i was very .upset , however i spoke to the customer services who were very, apologetic and helpful , and agreed to dispatch another one to me immediately, which came the next day by another courier

I ordered and two days later the perfume arrived. Itwas well packaged and I received excellent email updates.

I placed my order on Sunday evening on a free delivery service, it arrived 1st thing Tuesday morning, very well packaged and just what I wanted and the price was very reasonable.
Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Product ordered since 1st november and still have not receive it. It seems that the courier service, APC overnight, lost the package at their own depot. I am still waiting for a new dispatch.

It was the first time I used perfumeshopping but will definatley be using them in future. Items were as described and very goo value for money.
