George our fitter was very good and worked around us as much as possible. Permaframe themselves have kept in touch throughout the process and when we noticed things were not quite right have ordered the new parts we need with the installation booked in for next week.

Great customer service from a local firm with an excellent reputation.
The whole process was very quick. Their initial call was followed quickly by a salesman then a surveyor and finally the fitting team (George and Dan) who did a great job of installing a new window. They were punctual, polite and left no mess.
The quality of the product is top notch and this the third time we have purchased windows from Permaframe.

Was visited today by Kyle and Tyron to fit my Permaframe Home Improvement windows . I hadn’t realised what a difference they would make but they look fantastic . I have just had three new windows fitted. The whole process from ordering to fitting was completed in 3 weeks. Everyone, from Ian the salesman to George, the fitter were polite and helpful. George did an excellent job, arriving early and leaving no mess. I am very pleased with the results.

We are super happy with our finished project. Everyone from Adrian helping us design it through to Adam and Ben doing the clean up job yesterday have been professional and simply lovely people. All the team humoured my questions and were patient with any concerns I had.

New windows installed by Kyle and Tyron
The fitters (Kyle and Tyron) arrived in the given timeframe and introduced themselves. They worked very well as a team and were polite and friendly throughout. They completed the fitting - 7 windows in all - quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I should also mention Ben the surveyor who obviously got the measurements right 🙂. Trusted firm with long serving staff
We and our family have used Permaframe over the years and been very pleased. This time they replaced a non-standard timber front door. It looks very nice and, despite having unusual proportions looks very in keeping with our old house. Quite an achievement and many thanks to the surveyor. I guess it's all about the people they have that make this such a good firm. From the initial sales consultant, Dougie, the really knowledgeable and experienced surveyor, Ben (?), and the 3 very professional fitters, Kyle, Tyrone and Ben. We even had a follow up call from Max to check we were happy with the work on the same day.

From the time we ordered the new front door to the installation day we were kept up to date on the morning of installation the fitter turned up on time and was very friendly and efficient nothing was to much trouble when the job was finished it was all left very clean and tidy i would highly recommend this company we used thus company as we have had work done by them before and there price was very competitive for the quality of the door 10/10 👌
