Pricing doesn't match the quality

Unfortunately the sizing is completely incorrect.
The tunic especially.
The shirts for girls are a straight fit and not fitted at all. The quality for the price is also way too high.
Not impressed, they need to sort out their manufacturing and pricing.

So many issues

They are out of stock. Blazers are poor quality, synthetic. Numbers wash off lacrosse kit in one wash. The ordering system is hard stay on top off. Free delivery once in stock can take a week from ordering. And sizing is very inconsistent!

Thank you for providing your feedback, I hope it is helpful to respond to the points you have raised below.

Regarding the blazer, we inherited the current blazer from your previous supplier and will pass on your views to the school for their consideration.

Should a fault develop on any item of uniform our customers service team would like to hear from you with photos of the item, we can then address and resolve any issues with our suppliers. I have asked them to contact you directly.

Demand for the bespoke sports kit top was much higher than usual; our supplier is doing all they can to deliver more stock to us as quickly as possible.

We offer an express delivery option in addition to our postage free standard delivery which can take from 2-5 working days to arrive.

Perry Uniform seems to be very well organised.

I have placed two orders and have been very pleased with the service. The process was smooth. Delivery is free if you’re not in a hurry and the staff were helpful and supportive when I contacted them by phone.
