PetCloud Avis 

I have used Petcloud several times to arrange sitting for my cat. I have found the pet sitters responsive, reliable and trustworthy and would not use any other website to find a pet sitter.

We have been fortunate enough to meet an amazing pet sitter through Petcloud, however the site and the service itself have been disappointing. The site is clunky and often cancels our bookings or does not pay our pet sitter. When I’ve contacted the service via their contact form, regarding issues, I’ve never received a response. If I didn’t have direct contact with my petsitter, we would have been in real trouble.

Danny Boy has just experienced a very pleasant stay with Jenny and her special dog Bill who immediately took Danny under his paw and showed him around the property and the most suitable spots for relief.
Jenny is a very special Lady who immediately welcomed Danny and he was soon part of the family. The emails I received together with the photos confirmed my concern that he may not want to come home but Jenny told him he was welcome to return.

So lucky to find our dog minder Chelsea Hadlow through this service. She is super competent, fun and caring...my dog loves to go to her house for the extra special love and care she provides.

PetCloud provide a great portal to match pet sitters with pet owners. Our experiences have been very good with one or two little glitches that have been addressed quickly and efficiently.
We like that PetCloud provides insurance and that it encourages pet sitters to obtain qualifications and certifications. We also like that payment is not taken until the booking has been made and then not released to the sitter until the booking has been finalised. This gives us peace of mind.
We will continue to use PetCloud for all our pet minding needs.

Best place for pet owners to connect with the pet sitters

I would have no hesitation in using PetCloud again, especially Sarah herself. I found the whole process very easy and most importantly my puppy was very happy and well cared for.

We went to PetCloud to find an appropriate sitter in our local area to look after our older dog and we were happily rewarded. The information provided on pet cloud about the sitter gave us confidence to go ahead with an introductory meet-up and the level of detail paid to security and privacy concerns was excellent. We were also very happy to know that PetCloud aligns with the RSPCA.

I have used the same pet sitter from Pet Cloud a number of times. She visits my cat, feeds her, freshens her water, cleans the litter tray and plays with her daily.
Booking and paying the sitter is relatively easy to do online.

PetCloud has been an amazing service. I feel so comfortable leaving my cat with my pet sitter knowing that he is loved and well cared for.
