Our pet sitter was amazing. A lovely person and really cared for our 3 dogs.

Great concept and professional outfit that really got me out of a bind. It's all about our wonderful pets, you have my full support.

The app isn't great, it needs a lot of work. Especially around the payment section. It isn't very user friendly to navigate.

It's convenient to be able to post a job ad and get a good number of candidates for the kind of pet service you need, plus all the reviews and references make help the decision making process easier. The only thing I would add on to this webservice/ app is a proper function for cancellations and refunds - on the end of the pet owner and the sitter.

The website is so easy to use. Vicky was amazing, and even managed to get my very shy Bubbles to have a photo while I was away. 10/10 would use again when I go away again.

i found 2 good pet sitters with PetCloud, after interviewing 4. Pretty happy.

I jus wouldn’t bother, i had trouble with payments bookings and tried to get someone to respond was impossible so i gave up. I’m sure there are some good pet people on here but there are too many good sitters who can be contacted easily and not ignored.

PetCloud helped me find the sweetest, most reliable pet sitter, and in my neighbourhood too! She's very communicative, sends me photos of my cat when I'm away, and my cat adores her.

Website is poor, UX sucks, and cant update CC details, called 3 times,phones never answered, no one replies to emails. was a good platform until it stopped working. since started using madpaws.

Easy to use and find a suitable sitter.
We used PetCloud to find a sitter for our 2 border collies, we needed someone that knows how to proper care for such an energetic breed and give them the love and attention they deserve. The platform is easy to use and when we posted our job we had quite a few suitable applicants. The sitter we booked was great, and kept us upto date with daily photos. I will use again.

I was able to enjoy my holiday because I knew my dogs were happy and being well cared for. I received daily updates with an attached photo or video of my dog, and I could see that he was having a wonderful time. It was very obvious to me that the careers loved dogs and would always treat my dog well, like a member of their family. I will always use Petcloud in the future when I need to go on holidays without my dog.

Petcloud has been a great experience for me. As I am currently not working or studying it has giving me the occasional pet sitting jobs! Great for anyone.
