We are looking to get a new Pomeranian in the near future and pets for homes always have a lot of poms to choose from with different prices to budget for

We found our present pup with Pets for Homes. She getting on in years now but she has been a loving joy to us since she arrived.

This site is a scam and the people involved are frauds. I am going to file a massive lawsuit against them because my husband reserved a dog and paid the deposit, but the person who posted the listing was suddenly blocked from the system and stopped responding via both the site and WhatsApp. It is simply a scam—do not buy or reserve anything.

Compared to most other pet rehoming sites, these people really help you to try and find your ideal dog. Easy to register with and very helpful staff. Can fully recommend.

I found pets4homes website easy to use when I was looking for the type of breed of dog I wanted. They advise you to check all breeders/sellers are genuine, what to look for and be vigilant when buying. I payed through pets4homes which gives you protection against fraud, plus you get 5 weeks free insurance.

Different to Freeads where they charge you if you want to contact a seller. I have found with sellers on Pets4 Homes they reply almost straight away and I do'nt get charged !!

P4H sent my buyer’s payment to the wrong account without checking any bank details with me and absolutely no attempt to confirm my correct bank details.
I have never been paid for a kitten through P4H so when my buyer wanted to pay that way, I checked my profile to make sure my details were correct, the details listed under PAYMENTS.
I thought all was well and the buyer went ahead with the payment on collection.
Apart from a message to my inbox instructing me to release the kitten, I received nothing from P4H advising me that the payment would be in my account, nor any information as to the account my payment was to be paid into.
Considering I set my account up 4 years ago, and had never before sold a kitten this way, I would expect that P4H would do their due diligence, protect the seller and make sure that they were paying into the correct account.
But since they only care about the buyer’s protection, not the seller, ensuring I was paid correctly was of no importance whatsoever.
It was only after I had been instructed to release the kitten and the buyer had left, did I realise that the payment was missing.
But of course, by that time, it’s way too late.
The money is gone.
To an account not even listed to make or receive payments. The account number I was required to provide 4 years ago when I first set up my account and needed to verify my identity.
I no longer have that account.
Not for years.
It’s not listed anywhere in my profile apart from ID purposes, but instead of sending ny money to the account listed in PAYMENTS, they sent it to the account from 4 years ago.
No problem. They can just trace the payment, recall it, and then pay it to the correct account, right?
WRONG.
It has been over a month since P4H paid the wrong account.
I was told by the LEAD agent that P4H don’t trace missing payments, that it was MY responsibility to go to my bank and trace the payment myself.
LIES!!
It is against UK BANKING REGULATIONS!
I told the agent this and that my bank would never allow me to try tracing a payment for legal reasons. Her response? She demanded I provide written proof from the bank!
I told her my bank wouldn’t be providing written proof as it was completely unreasonable.
I was then told in no uncertain terms, that unless I provided written proof of the bank’s refusal, she would NOT contact Stripe to recall the payment.
Instead I was told I would just have to wait until the payment would bounce back ‘eventually’ and she would not be assisting any further.

This isn’t even legal and it’s now been over 30 days so I’m done.
I have never been ‘punished’ by a customer service agent in my life.
To be refused my right to be paid simply because my bank would not bow to her might is as insulting as it is unprofessional.

Demanding customers act unlawfully is gross misconduct and she deserves to be fired, but it would seem that this is how P4H like things.
I’m not putting up with it.
I deserve to be paid and they have no right to refuse.
I’ve had enough, so now I’m reporting them to the Financial Ombudsman and Trading Standards for unfair practices and withholding of payments.
If P4H had any decency at all, they would have sorted this out weeks ago.
I will NEVER use these scam artists again.
I advise everyone to avoid like the plague.

I used petsafe deposit was paid fine the person came collected the item and confirmed that petsafe kept them money as I did not receive it petsafe is not petsafe at all,no contact number to speak to anyone just a bot with recurring answers

Found my little dog on here. So very happy about that.. the finding your area could be a little better to sort out, but overall I have never had a problem with the adverts or contacting a breeder or owner.
A very safe site to use, and their now deposit addition, is a very good idea. I will only use the site when looking for a pet. And encourage my friends to use it too.

Everything was quite simple, all navigation is on the site. You choose your type of pet , male or female and how far you would like to travel to get it. Payment would need to be agree with seller and pickup time . I did bought and sell pets before on this site, so far didn’t have any problem. Counting being a member, for over 8 years I say,I will prefer this site to any other out there.

Had a fantastic experience with pets 4 home plenty of details of my breeder she was very informative , reliable service would highly recommend using pets 4 home and my breeder she answered all my questions very quickly allowed me to view the puppies . When I chose my puppy I was given a puppy pack full of goodies my puppy was fully vaccinated and ready to go she’s in great shape she’s settled in really well im absolutely delighted

Took my money for an add and closed it for no reason right when I was about to sell all my kittens. The customer service representative, Darcy also did not help at all. Pretty much told me she’s not helping me. Appalling customer service and bad business. They want to take your money and not provide the service they promised. Use ANY other platform. Don’t let them keep getting away with this. Imagine the thousands of people they scam out of money everyday.

UPDATE: They’ve decided to take another £3.99 out of my account, contacted the support and heard nothing back. This is daylight robbery. I am beyond furious.
