PetSwag Avis 

I was promised expedited shipping (if it was possible) because of delay in availability of items from distributor. If that wasn't possible, I was told that they would work to delay shipping so that the items wouldn't be sitting around delivered for the two weeks we'd be on vacation. Instead I got a shipping notice that the items would in fact arrive during our vacation. I got no follow up re: the earlier promises. I sent two further emails about this but got no response. Then I tried to call several times but t heir customer service always goes to voice mail.

excellent service. ordered carriers close to christmas and the 1 day processing helped get my order out quickly so i received it earlier than the eta. Very happy to have my order in time for the holiday. Thank you!

I placed an order and within 15 minutes had an email that my item had shipped - incredible! Arrived two days later. High quality - a world of difference from the prior seatbelt (purchased off the shelf at a chain store) we had for our dog. Highly recommend this company!

My dog loves to chew through his leashes. He is not even interested in chewing on the marine rope leash. Product was exactly as advertised and service was great.

Took too long to ship the product

This is the second time I've ordered from Pet Swag, and both times I've been able to find exactly what I'm looking for, and at a fair price. Delivery was quick and efficient. Really, all I can ask for! I'll definitely order from them again.

The collar I ordered came in a timely matter and looks exactly like the pictures, it's awesome quality and my puppy is very happy with his new present !

I received my car safety very promptly. Very well made and love the blue color. It is for my 8 lb chihuahua. It feels a little heavy, but ok if she only wears it while in the car. I am having difficulty adjusting the straps to fit her and still trying to figure out how the straps turn to fit comfortably when snapped on. I will work on it later and hopefully not have to send back. It is the only one on the market that looks the safest.

I enjoyed shopping with Pet Swag having a lot of trendy, good quality dog brands all in one place. Would be nice to receive free shipping with a certain value and hope more brands continue to be added. I was very happy with the Found dog collar and adjustable leash.

i bought the smallest collar possible for my small dog and it didn't fit. When my dog isn't the smallest in the world. I was so bummed when it came in. We were so excited for the collar to come in. very upset with this situation. Wish we could figure something out to make up for this. But we do love the company.

The item I wanted was back-ordered. PetSwag's communication was very good throughout.

Also, they handled an exchange very quickly and smoothly.

It's finally nice to have our dog ride safely in our car so he's protected and so are we.

While I really like the PetSwag harness, I'm having some difficulty fitting it to my barrel-chested dog. She weights 35 pounds, but she is short and bulky. I bought the size suggested, but it may be too big for her. Just haven't managed to get it to fit her right.
