When I received the package with my soft dog carrier, the box was so small that it had warped the frame and I couldn't get it to straighten out.

Absolutely beautiful, unique leashes for our wonderful rescue dogs, each tagged with their own number. The pups certainly look debonair with their blue and green ombre leashes. We love them!

To my dismay I had not sized my order for the Clickit Sport safety harness correctly. I filled out the 'return request'
on-line and requested the next larger size. A response from Petswag was received within several hours. I was informed that the next larger size was being sent out immediately with a return label for the smaller size in the mailing. The dog is now riding about sporting his new safety harness and I'm pleased I had such a hassle free interaction from Petswag.

Would definitely order from Petswag again! Product came exactly as advertised and they had the best price online!

The description of the Sleepypod pet carrier stated that it
"Compresses from 22" long, 10.5" wide, 10.5" high down to 16" long, 10.5" wide, 8.5" high". The ends and top of the sides do bend when pressure is applied, however, there is no way to keep them in that position. So when attempting to place under an airline seat the carrier is at its larger dimensions and will not fit.

I ordered from PetSwag for the first time this Christmas. I placed my order on 12/13 and immediately got my order confirmation e-mail. I kept checking my order status daily and it kept saying "processing". Finally, in a panic, I called on 12/23. The gentleman that answered the phone was VERY nice, VERY apologetic and promised to send it out overnight for delivery on Christmas Eve. Sure enough, it did! So, I was very pleased about that. HOWEVER, I had ordered multiples of three kinds of treats and only received one bag of each, although I was charged for the multiples. I followed up with a call and voicemail on two different occasions and have yet to receive a return call. Overall, the quality of goods were good and adorable. As for the overcharge, I am hopeful they will make this right.

As a dog trainer living with three dogs, I HIGHLY recommend the Sleepypod and the ClickIt Sport car restraint. Just completed a 15 hour road trip and all three dogs were safely and happily secured in the back seat. I was concerned the little one in the Sleepypod would object to being enclosed, but she did great! WONDERFUL products, easy to use, and no loose dogs jumping from seat to seat!! (And, yes, we stopped every 3 hours for a walk and potty break!)

I'm really happy that I was able to find a Love Thy Beast tote (on sale!!!) from PetSwag, but even with ground shipping, I'm a bit confused on why it takes 11 days for it to ship from Phoenix to NYC via Fedex. Hopefully there will be no issues with the actual product once it arrives.

Product was great for airline travel! Everything it was advertised to be.
The delay before my item was shipped was way too long. My only disappointment.

I have now ordered twice from Petswag for my 2 year old Golden Retriever. Both times the product selection, shipping times, customer service, and quality of toys has been outstanding! This is extremely convenient, and my pup loves the Jax and Bones rope toys.

Item arrived and I was surprised on how small it was, I thought it would be bigger. It is really cute and our dog likes it.

I placed a order for a item standard overnight (on a Friday afternoon) and received a phone call shortly after placing the order that my item would not be arriving to their facilities until that Monday and how I would receive the item that Tuesday. It was so no problem so I agreed to have the item still sent. Because they could not have the item to me overnight they completely refunded my shipping and made sure I received my item right away.

The gentleman I dealt made this a high priority and it showed. Was very good honest customer service.

I had one the best customer service experiences I've had with an online retailer EVER with PetSwag. I ordered a dog carrier from their company, and was promised that it would be delivered before my trip for the winter holidays. Unfortunately the carrier was not stocked in time, but Doug saved the day. Not only did he overnight a carrier to me so that I would have something in time for my trip, but he then overnighted (again!) the correct carrier to me with a return label for the loaner. The best part? He give me a sizable discount on the original carrier and extra treats for my dog gratis for the inconvenience.

I ordered and paid for two items as Christmas presents for my sister and her dog. One of the gifts arrived on time, but the second item (a collar) was not in the package and not listed on the receipt in the box, despite being on my online receipt and being charged for the item. I called the customer service line, got not response and left a voicemail. I also emailed the customer service address and got no response. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of response has been unacceptable.

Ordering was easy, products arrived quickly and were even nicer than pictured. Very happy.

Petswag is a great company. I have ordered from them twice. Once a dog bowl was broken when it arrived and they credited my account, no issue.

They have great products.

The one thing I would change is to have more American made products we know are safe for our dogs. Anyone ordering from Petswag is prob an animal fanatic...and you want to make sure the products are safe for a companions.
