Multiple delivery experiences with no logistics

Unfortunately, I have arrived at the conclusion that I will no longer purchase goods online if the Seller insists on using PF Logistics. Time and time again this service has a record of very poor standards. I, already have my standards at a very low bar of expections based on alternative options. But PF Logistics makes Australia Post look like a premium service. I'm done. Items sitting in sortation facilities for an entire week at a time is unacceptable. Very poor customer tracking experience.

the company should be taken down

genuinely lost a thousand dollars worth of goods from china through this pathetic company, I wonder how these fools are still a thing. multiple times Ive recieved parcels after months of being lost, turned back and delayed, and after all that wait, the items in the parcels, have been Opened into and STOLEN. they've left the packaging of my items but taken out the actual goods. and no it was not customs as they contact you if they did suspend items

This company barely even gives me updates. And the fact that my eBay parcel is passed it's expected date is terrible. Honestly would prefer Couriers please instead of this bs. Ts pmo.

Whats the poing of delivery dates

Received Email from eBay informing me my item was out for delivery Estimated delivery: Mon, 23 Mar. Carrier:
PF Logistics. They had two items for me from different sellers both out for delivery same day. There information says item in Newcastle:20-03-2026 01:41:14
3 days later Wyong 23-03-2026 10:30:54
Delivered Elermore Vale 24-03-2026 15:13:36
All in all poor service.

Bad service, no customer care

This company "attempted" twice to deliver my parcel.. Well they did NOT actually attempt the delivery, I believe the driver did not get out of his vehicle to actually deliver the parcel and probably sat in his driver's seat and played with himself instead.

When Australia Post has no issues with delivering a similar parcel to my same address but this courier is unable to do so, it shows how BAD this courier actually is. Would give 0 stars or a minus rating if it were possible. 🤬🤬

FRAUDULENT

This is my second review on this company. I bought off a website that shipped from Asia and this company lost the parcel. This time I bought from another company based in the US and THEY LOST THE PARCEL AGAIN!!

Why are these shipping platforms outsourcing to this company?!!! BEYOND PISSED OFF

Worst courier in business

This company has no phone number, and does not respond to queries raised on their website contact page. My parcel shows as "collected" a week ago, with scheduled delivery date passed more than 3 days, and there has been no update or communication from them as to status. Stay away.

Held in depot UNNECESSARILY LONG time

Urgent item was sent using this company. Despite this knowledge they have had it held at their depot for 9 days without it moving.

Their contact is a webform. No phone number options, no live chat, but a webform like we used to use back in 2009 before modernisation occurred across the entire internet.

If you are going to be an unreliable service provider, at least give us an option to contact you directly to get someone to look under the tarp in the back corner or WHEREVER you have left and forgotten my URGENT parcel.

As it stands, with an anticipated delivery 5 days ago (according to their own website), if not delivered on Monday, I will have to return the item and purchase a similar item locally (if I can even source one) because the job will be complete and the item hasn't arrived.

Tracking shows on board for delivery…

Tracking shows on board for delivery @8:45 at Welshpool depot , knew if I went to shops for 10 minutes I would miss it. Been working in garage all day now 5:15 still not delivered. 4 kilometres from depot to me 🙄 guess it’s not coming today after all.

I came on here & was surprised.

I came on here & was surprised about the negative feedback. I've now had PFL (Not by choice but by seller) deliver my parcels 3 times over 4 years & all turned up. Yes maybe alittle late by afew days, worst case a week, but in general always received items & left in safe place with no damage.

If I could give less stars I would. Product was said to be left in a safe place. It was left out in the open and visible to passer-by's and stolen. Thanks - it’s taken close to 2 months to get the sender to respond and finally send a replacement product as a result of a consumer affairs complaint only for it to be left out in the open and stolen. Now I am out of pocket and have no redress. If you are a sender avoid this company.

Unbelievable

Despite having numerous experiences with courier delivery companies (both positive & negative); it is distressing to discover that there are still companies operating that can still surprise with their inefficiency, brazenness and downright arrogance but PFLogistics have managed to do just that. Just yesterday, I received communication from them which advised that a delivery which I had been expecting had been delivered in a safe place. Imagine my dismay when today I received photographic evidence of their "safe" place. Rather than leaving it outside my door, the driver had left it on a communal seating bench in my block of just over 30 units! It comes as no surprise that it had been removed by someone else. It may as well have been left in a park or in the street, neither of which are safe places. Shoddy, unprofessional, with no commitment to customer service, I can only hope that Temu ceases all business associations with this pathetic company.

Freight was put with this company to deliver

Freight was put with this company to delver to an Adelaide address, reply was !!! Incorrect address, cannot deliver. Contact the supply company, to chase up the issue, only told go direct to PFL, a complete waste of time, parcel apparently still sitting in their depot. REFUSE TO DELIVER 🥵🥵
Absolutely useless, Please never use this company!!!!
