They shipped my order to a different…
They shipped my order to a different parcel locker to the one I requested and the one that was on my order confirmation. So my order is now at a parcel locker I am not able to get to. Called Aus post and they said the sender changed the delivery address and there is nothing they can do. Tried calling and couldnt get through, sent an email, no response.
I requested a specific parcel locker as I could walk there however I now cant get my order because theyve sent it to the wrong one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We’re sorry that you’re unhappy with the outcome, however we need to correct the suggestion that Pharmacy Online changed your delivery address.
Your order was placed at 3:11pm on 18 October and was dispatched from our Sydney warehouse the following day, 19 October. It arrived in Western Australia on 26 October, well within the expected Australia Post delivery timeframe from Sydney to WA.
We dispatched your parcel to the exact Parcel Locker address entered on your order and shown on your order confirmation. We did not change your delivery address.
Unfortunately, the address provided with your order did not include the required Australia Post Parcel Locker number/code needed to identify your individual Parcel Locker account. Without this information, Australia Post was unable to deliver the parcel to your nominated Parcel Locker and redirected it to a collection location. That redirection occurred within the Australia Post network and was not requested or made by Pharmacy Online.
We appreciate that having the parcel redirected to a location that is inconvenient for you is frustrating. However, we cannot accept the claim that Pharmacy Online sent your order to a different address. We dispatched the order promptly, using the delivery details provided with the order, and Australia Post delivered it within the expected timeframe.

We’re sorry that you’re unhappy with your experience, however we would like to clarify what occurred with your order.
We reviewed your order and confirmed that the Embecta Micro-Fine Pen Needles 31G 6mm x 100 supplied were the product ordered. Despite this, we offered to accept the product back for a refund provided it was returned unopened and unused.
Unfortunately, when the product was returned to us, the seal had been broken. As needles are a sterile, single-use medical product, we are unable to accept an opened product for return or resale. We therefore returned the product to you and also waived the cost of sending it back.
Our customer service team corresponded with you throughout the process and made every effort to explain the situation and assist within the requirements applicable to this type of product. We’re sorry we weren’t able to provide the outcome you were hoping for.
