Hi, we’re sorry for the confusion, however we’d like to clarify that your full order has been supplied.
Your order needed to be split into two separate deliveries, and we emailed you on 26 August to let you know this had occurred.
According to the tracking, the first parcel has already been delivered. The second parcel arrived today, 2 September, and is currently awaiting collection from Gidgegannup CPA.
We apologise if our email advising of the split delivery was missed, but please be assured that you have not been charged for any items that were not supplied. Your remaining items are in the second parcel awaiting collection.

I placed an order for Finacea (Azelaic Acid Gel) on 15 May. I live in the Netherlands, and to this day I have still not received my order.
I contacted customer service several times. Although the staff were always polite and friendly, they were unable or unwilling to provide a solution. In the end, being polite is not enough when the issue remains unresolved.
I have now received an official letter from Dutch Customs confirming that my package has been stopped and that I will not receive the product. I forwarded this letter to the company, but the response was essentially: too bad. No refund, no compensation, and no real effort to resolve the situation.
I paid approximately €20 for the product and another €20 for shipping, and I have lost both amounts without receiving anything.
In my opinion, an online retailer shipping internationally should be aware of the import regulations of the destination country and should not ship products that are likely to be rejected by customs. If there is a known risk, customers should at least be informed before placing an order.
To be clear, azelaic acid cream itself is not illegal in the Netherlands, which makes this situation even more disappointing.
I am very disappointed with how this case has been handled. I received no meaningful support or compensation despite providing proof that the package will never reach me. Because of this experience, I will not purchase from this webshop again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're genuinely sorry to hear how frustrating this situation has been. We understand how disappointing it is to pay for an order and not receive it.
After reviewing your case, we can confirm that your order was dispatched from Australia in accordance with all applicable export regulations. As you noted, azelaic acid is not an illegal product in the Netherlands, which is why we were able to ship it.
Unfortunately, once a parcel reaches the destination country, customs authorities make the final decision on whether it can be imported or released. We have no control over those decisions and cannot override them.
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, which are accepted at the time an order is placed, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that products can be imported into their country. Our Terms also state that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels seized or withheld by customs authorities, as these decisions are outside our control.
As you have received correspondence from Dutch Customs, we would encourage you to contact them directly to seek further clarification as to why your parcel was not released, particularly given your understanding that the product is permitted in the Netherlands.
While we appreciate that this outcome is disappointing, we hope this explains why we are unable to offer a refund in circumstances where a parcel has been stopped by the destination country's customs authority.
We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and thank you for your feedback.
