Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service! Would (now) never go anywhere else. Fast and efficient service. Ordered my card five minutes before the daily cut-off time for delivery and still received it in the 9am post. Card itself is of outstanding quality and, equally, the text and picture of my face is shockingly fine and excellent in quality as well. I never realised I look so good in a photo! Many thanks to all at The Photo ID Card People. Will certainly be recommending to all!

SCAM, Order cancelled and no refund
Ordered a photo ID card and never got it, when I inquired asked for written confirmation. Requested an immediate refund since I was unable to wait any longer. never heard back or received a refund. I would NOT recommend using this website as they are happy to take your money and find a reason to not to issue the product you paid for then goes silent without a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
UPDATE - Still no refund despite a reply from the company, doesn't matter if it's 7 years ago I still did NOT receive a refund. I would have let this go but your really weekly annoying emails led me to leave this review.
UPDATE - Second response from the company but still NO refund. as I mentioned clearly in the previously I requested a refund. Seems to be this refund request falls into deaf ears!! Think of this way either you provide a refund and close the case or we could drag this as long as you like. perhaps this company prefers NG feedback rather than refunding. not even once made any attempt or discuss a refund.

Thank you for your review which is of great concern. This card was ordered over 7 years ago on 8 May 2013. Our records show we contacted you by email on 9 May 2013 requesting confirmation you held the copyright for the images used in your design. Regrettably you were unable to provide this and we then wrote to you on 14 May 2013 . Our terms state your card must not breach copyright law or passing off as another party, and where we believe there is concern in this area we do check. Please be assured our primary aim is to provide you with your photo ID card and we will always help to remedy any issues or provide a full refund. Kind regards, Shelly - The Photo ID Card People
UPDATE - Thank you for your additional comments. As highlighted above we did both email and write to you regarding concerns with your order. It is regrettable you did not respond to our written correspondence at the time. We offer the option to unsubscribe from our bi-monthly emails however for your convenience we have done this for you. Thank you again for taking time to submit your review, all feedback is welcome.
UPDATE 2 - Thank you again for contacting us, however this is not the appropriate platform for addressing any concerns you may have. Please email cards@photoidcardpeople.com or telephone 0113 366 0545 where we will be happy to help.

Thank you for your great review. We aim to offer exceptional service every time, so it is very pleasing to hear you found your experience excellent. I can see that you opted for the UK priority next working day tracked service and your order was delivered the next day, however we do offer cheaper postage options at the checkout which include 1st class post.

Peace of mind is worth the fee.
The Design Team helped me to design an identity card for my wife, who has Alzheimer’s Disease. If she should wander off on her own, the card carries just enough information to summon help for her.
The process was completed and the card dispatched in no time at all.
Peace of mind was worth the small cost involved
