Clear web site and was able to produce…
Clear web site and was able to produce cards easily. The reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because the cards I wanted were based on a standard template for "Staff" and this was in landscape mode. However, i wanted my cards in portrait mode. As I designed my cards, the standard "STAFF" banner from the landscape mode was lost, but this wasn't obvious from the design mode.
I would suggest a note that made this clear on the site.

Dear Bruce,
Thank you for your great review.
When you select to change the orientation of a card a message appears within a large orange box that states "By changing the orientation will change the position of objects" you then have to click the green confirm button to acknowledge reading this.
When the objects move these may appear on the grey background and just need dragging and rotating back into position. After investigating further, I can see that you spoke to my colleague Linda who managed to help place the text and background on your card template as required.
If you have any queries or require any help in the future please do not hesitate to contact us, we would be happy to help.
Kind Regards

Fantastic quality cards
Fantastic quality cards, look so professional and came really quickly. Highly recommend & will definitely use again. The reason for only 4 stars is that the mobile site isn’t very good for editing card design, had to boot up my practically steam powered computer to design properly which was a bit inconvenient.

Dear LeLe,
Thank you for your great review.
We are sorry to hear you experienced some difficultly using our mobile friendly site. The mobile site is there to compliment the fully functioning desktop site. Some features may not be available on the mobile site and we would advise to use the desktop site for more complex designs which offers a range of powerful tools to create great designs.
Kind Regards
