Quick service and quick delivery
Quick service and quick delivery. You can upload the photos in the website, which will even tell you if the picture is good resolution or will be blurry in case you proceed. Printing is very good and delivery was in 2 days (4 pictures only, A5 size)

I was so impressed with the service
I was so impressed with the service. We needed the photos urgently for a funeral and they arrived very quickly. I had a problem with ordering but Dan was personally so helpful which I was really appreciative of. That kind of personal service is so rare now. I will definitely use them again.

The prints were great quality and value, BUT...
The prints were great quality and great value. The delivery...mmm. I paid for urgent Sunday delivery, because we needed the prints for a memorial service. Unfortunately the carrier was DPD. And DPD sometimes do a number and pretend they tried to deliver while they haven't. So the parcel didn't arrive on Sunday, I got instead a 'sorry to miss you note' from DPD showing a photo of a house I don't know where. I contacted customer service on Sunday and I got a reply on Monday, and the reply was: 'I'm sorry this wasn't delivered yesterday, obviously once it's with the courier we have very little control of the delivery process, but I can see from the map on DPD the delivery wasn't attempted at your address.' Which is not 100% great as an answer: They explain to me that they are not in control of the delivery, therefore treating me like an idiot. They take no responsibility for the fact they THEY CHOSE this carrier, which used to be reliable, but it is unfortunately not anymore. Then, they refunded me the difference between the urgent delivery fee and the normal delivery fee, not out of their own initiative, but because I asked for it in my original email on Sunday. And I got the parcel the following day. So basically, they offered no compensation for the fact that the urgent Sunday delivery was unsuccessful. I would say that the customer service wasn't stellar. Especially when they try to educate the customer that they are not in charge of the delivery, as if they are talking to a 5-year old. So, I would leniently take one star out, as their agents need, obviously, a tad more customer service training.

Thank you for your kind comments about the prints. I’m sorry the Sunday delivery failed, particularly given you needed them for a memorial service.
When I read your email on Monday morning, I checked the tracking, confirmed the attempted delivery was at the wrong address, raised this with DPD and arranged a refund of the additional Sunday delivery charge without needing a request from you.
My explanation about the courier was intended to explain the situation, but I can see that the wording felt dismissive. I’m sorry for that; I should have acknowledged the impact on you more clearly. We do offer different delivery options including Royal Mail if you've had a bad experience with DPD in the past.
I appreciate that the refund and delivery the following day couldn’t undo the missed Sunday delivery. Thank you for your feedback.

After having the first photo delivered to an incorrect address.I was asked for feedback and when I explained that the post office delivered to the wrong address.They sent me out a replacement free of charge top service will definately use again.

Using Photo Zone was such a pleasure! Through the store's Online Processing app, we were able to send photos directly from my iPhone to to Photozone's computer network. So no having to upload to a USB stick or drive, etc... so straightforward! I also needed some photos scanned from original prints, which they also do. The quality of the images and printing was very superior. I will definitely use this service again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for all photo printing services. Everything was turned around so quickly to, and the customer service was friendly and helpful.
