This company has just repaired my website for FREE after I accidentally broke it. They did a custom edit on their Ecommerce script 18 months ago for my company which worked perfectly until I was messing about with my settings which resulted in the website not been able to take orders. They repaired it straight away and never asked for a penny, amazing. Many thanks to Maria for the professional way she dealt with this problem.

Many years using scripts from PHPJabbers for myself and my clients. I let them made many modifications. They are so professional in what they do. Very friendly, always willing to help and a 'good' price. What more can i say? They help my company growing!

I've just puchased 65 scripts and installed the PROPERTY LISTING SCRIPT provided by PHPJabbers. I'm not an IT guy but the help desc have been superb. I've not actually experienced such a great support service before. They have been tremendous in responding so quickly to all of my many questions, and very patient with me. Would highly recommend:-).

Over the last several years my company has used many PHPJabbers scripts for our hosting clients and I've always had decent support when needing it. This summer I had one of the scripts modified in a few ways. It was a very complex job of adding another Payment module, API coding for a third party SMS provider, and changing SMS notification settings. It took a bit longer to complete than most small modification tweaks however, I'm very satisfied with the modifications. The cost of my modifications were very decent too, considering the amount of work involved.

If you are looking for scripts that you do a bit of tweaking on yourself, it's ok.

If you want to hire them to add features to the scripts, I just can't recommend. It turned out to be a time and money waste for me. They do the least possible in order to check off the todo's and it requires a lot of micro managing and describing todo's to the absolute detail. If you don't describe your todo's extremely detailed, they will do the least possible in order to get you to pay more for getting it adjusted to the way you want. Since you already invested 50% up front, you either accept it and pay more, or take your loss and look for an alternative. It's really too bad because I initially wanted to buy 15 scripts from them and send thousands of dollars of adjustments to them but after the first project I just saw a lot of red flags. I've worked with over 200 freelancers in the last 10 years and I know I'm being ripped off. They will probably try to defend themselves and try to downplay it but trust me, you're better off hiring a freelancer on one of the freelance websites and let them build what you want.

On top of that, the webshop script I bought was full of bugs, which I had to find and have them correct. It also feels a bit dated. All in all I know there's potential if they change their services but currently it's just not worth the price you're paying. I feel a bit scammed and have buyers remorse so that's why I hope my review can prevent others from making the same mistake. Just stick with freelancers on freelance websites that have good reviews and let them build what you want. If you are a developer yourself, stick with open source and improve on top of that.

this company sells scripts CHEEP, load of bolls, the script's are not workable, i could write them, very basic, when you need OVIOUSE ALTERATIONS " YES NO PROBLEM PLEASE PAY US "

Excellen customer service
I recently purchased a script for my business and had some minor issues in getting the installation done (using HTTPS) and some other questions. Customer service is very efficient and correct in answering.

Also good support before purchase with very fast responses on questions. Script does what it needs to be doing and is as such very good value in my opinion. I can definitely recommend the service.

*** THEIR RESPONSE IS INCORRECT. I AM USING THE LATEST VERSION 3.0. THEY ARE JUST ANGRY AND LASHING OUT. I FOUND THE FIX MYSELF WHICH WAS SMALL, BUT THEY DON'T WANT TO TELL ANYONE AND YES THE PHANTOM APPOINTMENTS HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM SINCE THE BEGINNING. There are serious bugs..... no response. I tried to contact them about issues with phantom appointments and the fact that it will not format correctly when using SSL (https://) in their Appointment Scheduling script. No response. They require you to have support just to answer problems with their scripts.

Excellent material, fully customizable and easy to handle. Customer support is very efficient, clearly above average. All scripts have proper online demos, so performance can be checked. Highly recommended.

Customer support is top notice. Which is awesome because that can't be said about a lot of companies. It would be nice if you guys had forum community to answer questions, for you guys make announcements, wish list, report bugs. Would love to see the back end and front end of the scripts get UI face lift. Just to make things look little more 2021 for example the login screen could use a new look. Thanks
