My management company write in a Renters Benefit Plan into our lease that required a $50 a month fee be paid. Pinata advertises rent reporting. Been paying since June and the website says will report even back up to 24 months of paid rent. Sound good? None of it has happened. Every time I ask when rent report will be made, I am told "another month." Or "We wait for 4 or 5 months and report all at once." Still nada.Website declared one thing and support says another. Paying my RBP for nothing in return.

This app gives you points towards cool rewards just by renting. What more could you ask for?

Who would have ever though that when you pay your rent someone would report it to a credit Bureau! piñata will. So if someone pays their rent on time each month, Piñata reports it…..and wow Up goes your credit score. Thank you Piñata.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. It’s useless. You get absolutely nothing and they tease you with beautiful items that are way too many points. You hardly get points!! I’ve been paying my rent on time for three years and I have about 500 points!! Really? And the things they claim you can redeem are always “sold out”. It’s a scam.

If you need help building your credit this is the company for you. When some companies give you an automated system but with this company you get a real person who will explain and help you with your situation. And then they will check back with you to make sure that your problem was resolved.
