Won 1500 playing on Bali in joker platform in 1play and it wouldn't pay because it said joker was having issues so had to forfeit my winnings what a scam

Worst purchase of any gaming service. Charged me twice for 1 dollar for 3 months and 6.99 for 1 month. Still dont show vip statis. Cant play games and dont responde to emails been 4 days since email and still no response. People dont waste your money on this service or any other purchase from this company. All you get for your money is heartache. Already cancelled my service after 1 day its useless.

Listen, I understand that not every PC game client can be as good as Steam or GOG day one. It definitely took even those two to become as big as they are today, and OnePlay even has some decent titles under their belt, most are older games, but still good. However most of the games on OnePlay are absolute trash, stuff you might expect on Newgrounds or Scratch. Just garbage flash-level games. Will you find some good games on there? Of course, don't expect much released after 2012 though. Games aren't the only problem though, their client is absolutely the worse looking, most buggy application I have ever installed on my computer. You actually can't even install the games through the app either, you have to navigate to OnePlay/Client/package/downloads, run the installer as administrator, press install inside the app and let it tell you the installer is already running, install the game (keeping the "installer already running" window open) and close both instances of the installer, and finally OnePlay will recognize the game as installed. If you don't do it, it will open some dialog of command line options you can use with .msi files and the game will actually just delete itself. Downloads will stop themselves for no reason if you have more than one attempting to download, the search function pretty much doesn't work at all giving you either no results or just showing random games not related to your search even if the game is actually on OnePlay, you have to sign in every time you open the app, changing your currency doesn't work at all unless you go to their website, the Windows 7 Aero bars show up around the app for no apparent reason, the store window is obviously just Internet Explorer, they actually use torrents to deliver your games, there's no friends list for inviting friends to games, like this program just needs to be restarted from scratch honestly. It's more buggy than GFWL/Windows 10 Store and has a game library only a tad better than WildTangent with absolutely no unique features that might redeem it. Oh yeah, and OnePlay VIP is their service trying to compete with the likes of Origin Access, Microsoft Game Pass, Humble Trove, etc. Don't bother. Every other service like it is better.

Edit: imo would probably benefit from a itch/steam greenlight type service

Worst game service I have ever used. Terrible communication with service personnel. Requests for service totally ignored. Service just doesn't work and wasted my hard earned money.

I paid for "instant" delivered vip status for 1$ per 3 month.
Infinite "Pending Verification started" status of my vip status. I emailed them. They do not reply.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! They are scummers. Don't believe them.

Haven't used my account for a long time due to being unable to login. I get the reset email, but that dont work either.

They advertise to play games for $1 - but then charge $70! What?

There was a glitch on my end that caused multiple subscription purchases. OnePlay was on it before I knew and made sure there was only one charge and declined the others. Plenty of games to keep me occupied and smooth, fast download speeds. I'd recommend this to my family, and no one is more important then them to me. Keep up the great work.

I'm still not sure I have a VIP status, I'm not able to understand how to activate it. The PC software isn't synced with the site and it doesn't show me if I'm a VIP and I don't see the 2000 games promissed.
And the speed of the website and the client is extremely slow. This would be the last time I try this before the site is fixed.

It is difficult to set up as a vip. There is very little information you get through the process and you are in doubt if you have ever received a vip status.

I was about 3 years ago vip, and I can see today that they have not got new games since on the pc rental platform.

Bought a game last month that were in store, then waited for about a week before texting them, as my purchase then was declined and told to try again, i did and waited half a month before texting them again, and the again my game were instantly declined.

Oneplay provided poor customer service by not validating my VIP membership for 10 days. Also, I didn't receive my code for Battlefield 3 Premium because they said they weren't able to receive payment for it (maybe my fault). Furthermore, i cannot download any games on the oneplay app because their network is slow.
