Piñata is one of the best apps for reporting your rent payments. I love that they reward you for something you already do! Piñata actually has desirable rewards a not repetitive boring gift cards with low amounts. They make it easy to earn points.

The Piñata app's rewards system is fantastic! You can actually earn enough points to cash them in for rewards. Even better, the Super Mix has given me access to amazing gift cards that I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to access. The icing on the cake is the banking component with rent reporting. It’s helped my credit score in unbelievable ways! I honestly don't know what I'd do without Piñata!

Pinata is extremely easy to use, from setting up an account to earning and redeeming rewards for amazing products. Every renter should have the opportunity to build strong credit by having rent payments reported to the credit bureau.

This app is great! I like that you can benefit from it just by paying your rent. However, redeeming gift cards can be challenging since the app doesn’t announce when they go live. Overall, I really like it and wish more companies would use it.

I’ve been part of this app for many years and absolutely LOVE it… The rewards for points are fair and I’ve always received my reward in a good amount of time. I love the limited rewards they give too.. The only thing I feel needs to change is to have more ways to EARN points- other than that: Join this community and grab your rewards

My honest review regarding Pinata….. the pros about Pinata (a data furnisher company) are actually really good, but so are the cons. I am actually a Pinata ambassador so I don’t want this to sound bias. Hence why I’m sharing my personal issues I’ve had. The Rewards and piñata points are amazing. You actually do get your gift cards or items that you exchange for points, the products are from Amazon (also shipped from Amazon which is nice). The drawback about earning points is that after the first few months and you have done all of the tasks available to earn extra rewards, then your only option is to refer people or get your monthly base point amount. Overall, that’s a nice part of the program. Now it seems that last year there has been some technical issues with either the actual app itself, not showing that Credit engine had reported the rent payment and or the app not showing it was reported and then it also not getting reported to any of the bureaus. The glitch with it showing on the app has been fixed. Now, in my situation that has been corrected and looking on Pinata‘s app it will show that 27/28 rent payments have been reported to the bureaus. Unfortunately, for the past 6 months, it’s only been reported to Experian. This tends to happen if you have any kind of change w/in your lease. Albeit moving, starting, changing dates, or anything with the lease then the trade line will close and then another one will get opened. Now, of course that is very, very frustrating to have have anything happen regarding your report at any of the bureaus that you are not expecting. As some of the other reviews have stated about support it is difficult to talk to somebody, but every correspondence I have had with customer service has always been pleasant. Being a piñata max customer of course I had requested my tri annual fee, credited back, as the services that I am paying extra for or not happening. Customer service has always agreed and refunded me, another time I was missing some Piñata points and those were easily added. Overall I would recommend Pinata. I know that it works and works well more than not.

I haven’t had a bad experience with them yet it’s also a great benefit if you’re someone looking to build your credit you even get rewarded when you submit your rent every month and get lots of cool giveaways.

This app is amazing. I get points for paying rent each month. With these points I can buy raffle tickets for some pretty amazing things. I won a ninja coffee and tea maker from the first raffle I joined.

I love using Piñata to improve my credit by reporting my monthly rent payments and earn also fun rewards as a renter. The Credit Engine portion allows me to monitor my credit, making these a multipurpose app I am grateful to have. Customer service is quick and friendly as well.
