Ordered a product that I no longer require and have been trying to contact Pink honey for over a week now and just keep getting ignored. I’ve sent 2 emails, and messages on IG, Facebook and Twitter and all ignored. I want to return my item please and this is unacceptable to just ignore customers. Will never be ordering again.

Didn’t get order - no response

I wouldn’t even give a star if I could. Purchased a face frosting and smelt like strong petrol! When I contacted them they blamed it on the packaging even though it come from the product ( bear in mind I bought one before and it didn’t have that smell hence why I bought another one!!) my face literally smelled like petrol. I didn’t want a refund Jusy an exchange and didn’t even get that!!!! I sent it back and again got a rude unhelpful response and ended up being ignored!! Awful service

So sad! The product is amazing and the only product I’ve found to keep my brows in place all day long! But after a few uses I now have chemical burns on both eyebrows! They are really red, saw and flakey!! I don’t have sensitive skin either. Such a shame!

I would give this zero stars if I could. Their ‘viral’ BFF bronzer has a very strong petrol/gas smell to it. I contacted Pink Honey and they gave an extremely worrying and unprofessional response and said that the smell comes from the packaging but the product is safe. The packaging does not smell. The product smells very strong all the way through and does not feel safe to use. I attempted to use it like they said and my face smelt so strong of sorrow and it ruined my make up brush leaving the smell on there too. I have since contacted Pink Honey on various occasions and through various channels and they have ignored me completely. I would never purchase from the company again. There are plenty more out there. I have seen on TikTok that other people are having this problem and receiving the same ‘service’. Disgusting.

The product caused a horrible black mark above my eyebrow that hasn’t gone in weeks. Very disappointed.

Absolutely awful company! Placed an order over a week ago and it hasn’t been dispatched, clearly everyone is getting told the same thing alls I’ve been told is DPD can only take so many parcels a day what a joke! Currently trying to open a dispute on TikTok to get my money back! DO NOT BUY from here! Better place that’s actually have customer service. Absolutely shocking don’t waste your money. Tried to get in contact so many times and messages just get ignored. DM on instagram and they asked for the order number and have ignored me ever since. Shocking customer service

They don’t respond AT ALL. Messaged them on Instagram. Mailed them countless times. NOTHING!

Don’t waste your money ordering from a company that is so horny for money that they don’t bother at all with any customer service!

Awful company. I made an order two weeks ago and it’s still not been dispatched. Only responded to one messaging saying the courier was taking longer to pick up because of the bank holiday - just trying to fob me off!! I want the products but don’t know when I’ll actually receive them and they’ve taken my money!!

At first I really liked it but after a few days I started noticing a lot of sensitivity on my brows and realised I was actually experiencing chemical burns! I do have sensitive skin but usually most things are totally fine. Would not recommend if your skin is even slightly sensitive! Gutted though as I love the product otherwise…

Both my eyebrows had a reaction this is not safe for skin! I have burns on my brows from this and I can use anything no sensitive skin around here so it’s 100% not suitable for human skin like?!

So unfortunately although it keeps brows looking laminated ALL day, people with skin avoid😂

Not gone 1 star as the product does work - the best brow gel/glue I’ve used but unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to it! Used it about 3 times then found one brow was sore and now both brows are red, sore and skin flaking like mad. I don’t have sensitive skin at all. I can pretty much put anything on my face and it withstands it but it really doesn’t like this product. Looking at the reviews seems a lot of people are having this reaction…

Brought the honey glue and its burnet my skin

Used the Pink Honey bronser and it has caused an allergic reaction on my skin, stopped using now won't be using ever again

Got the brow glue original. Gorgeous product- smells amazing. I'd have preferred some tracking info but not sure if that's because I checked out with apple pay. Will return for more items

Ordered 2 of the face frosting and it’s 100% the best cream contour I’ve used. Went back and ordered another 2. Only issue I’d they’re always out of stock. Other than that best contour product I’ve seen in a very long time.
