Planet Perfume Avis 32

I've not used this company before but having seen the items I was searching for & at the unbelievable prices I decided to take a chance & bought some of the perfumes I use. I was very pleasantly surprised at the brilliant service I received as well because the items were delivered in a very short time. I have made sure I've kept the details of this transaction & the company for any future purchases.

Order confirmed.... next email saying it has been dispatched... two days later, next email ..."I regret to inform you that I had to issue a full refund for this order, as the item you purchased is unexpectedly out of stock."....

I've received refund and item is still available on their website.

Received an email saying my order had been dispatched. Money taken from my account. Literally one minute later received another email saying item was out of stock.
Why wasn't it showing out of stock on the website? I shouldn't have been able to order & pay for something that is out of stock.
To be fair they did refund immediately but the whole transaction has put me off buying from this site again.

Fast delivery

Everything happened as they said it would. Got what I ordered and got it when they said I would. Next day. Would I buy from Planet Perfume again. Absolutely. No reason to go anywhere else.

The order was placed on the 10th of December and as of the 10th of January it has not been received and the tracking page just says your order has been dispatched and should be with you shortly.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service and Liars

I ordered a fragrance just before midnight on the 23rd November. A couple of hours later I sent an email (which I have sent evidence to the seller) explicitly stating to kindly cancel my order before it was shipped.

The email was ignored and order was shipped. Now the seller is refusing to correct their mistake and provide a returns label.

Just admit your mistakes and correct them. Stop wasting peoples time and money!!!!!!!!

You did everything I expected

I ordered this perfume as a gift for my friend. It was his father's favourite perfume and I wasn't sure if I can get it on time. It was delivered before the expected time which is great. He was very happy with it and I will order more

Absolutely faultless service.
Ordered a discontinued Roberto Cavalli fragrance for a really good price on Friday lunchtime.
Arrived on Saturday morning.
Genuine item too as I have others from this particular line to compare.
Would not hesitate to recommend and would certainly use again.
