Bought these plants for my husband's pond. He was really impressed with how healthy they look, and that they were packaged so carefully (delivered undamaged) Speedy delivery too.

I have purchased all my pond plants…
I have purchased all my pond plants from Plants for Ponds. all have arrived promptly and in excellent condition.
The latest I have purchased were Water Lettuce which is now thriving with good roots.

Plants arrived in poor condition
Plants arrived in poor condition. Broken stems and half out of their pot. Also the description used is misleading as some of the plants were tiny compared to the image being used. Updated.. the company did get back to me and have promised to replace the damaged plants. Much appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and I'm sorry the plants arrived in a poor condition. That isn't the standard we want anyone to receive. The damage looks to have happened in transit, which is always frustrating when a plant leaves in good health.
I did want to reassure you that we replied to your email. I responded within a minute of receiving it on the evening of 21 July to apologise and let you know that I have arranged a replacement.
It's possible my reply landed in your junk or spam folder, so it would be worth a quick look there. A replacement plant left the nursery today and should reach you tomorrow, I sent you a further email this morning to confirm this.
On the size of the plants, our images show them at a more established stage and plants can naturally vary in size through the season as new stock is continuely grown throughout the year. So the size you receive will depend a little on where that batch is in its growth.
Please let me know when the replacement plant arrives.

Mixed results
The plants were well packed but I just received a small bundle which didn’t separate into 5 plants as there should have been. They were put straight into the pond but there only seem to be 2 of them now. One is very healthy and the other has a mixture of brown leaves and a couple of green ones. We have had your plants before at our previous address and they grew well.

I'm sorry that 3 of your frogbit plants haven't survived. I've checked our emails and can't find one reporting this to us, so unfortunately we weren't given the chance to put things right for you.
There are many reasons why plants may not take in a pond, so an email with photos is the most useful way for us to offer advice and help.

I have bought 2 sets of pond plants from this company. Both have arrived quickly and were well packaged.
Plants were in excellent condition and were introduced to the pond immediately.

Thanks for taking the time to review. I'm sorry your plants have died. It's always disappointing, especially after they arrived in good condition.
Plants can struggle for all sorts of reasons once they're in their new home: planting position, depth, treatments added to the water, fish and so on.
Often we can help put it right if customers get in touch when the plants first start to look unhappy.
We'd have welcomed an email and some photos and the chance to look into it with you.
If you do have photos of the plants, I'd like to see them, along with a description of what went wrong.

Excellent quality and service.
Plants arrived well-packed and in excellent condition. One plant was different from what I ordered, and Lucy sorted it out very quickly. The plants are settling in well to my new pond, and they’re attracting many insects, including daily visits by Damselflies. I’m very happy with the plants and the customer service.

Top class company
This is the second time I have bought plants from this site . They arrived again in great condition well packed with clear instructions on planting.

Brilliant company. Very easy to use website with excellent choice of plants. And their follow-up email service is genuinely interesting and useful. I always cancel these sorts of follow-ups but the Plants for Ponds ones have great tips.

Happy customer
Even tho they got sent in a punishing heat wave the plants arrived healthy and we popped them in some shade before transferring to the pond. They are surviving subsequent heat well!
