A good website , easy ordering , very good communications regarding delivery . Also very prompt and good response to plants damaged in transport .
Initially some good advice regarding plants for our new pond.

Plants for Ponds have helped me transform my pond and the wildlife in our garden. Their plans arrive in perfect condition. I was so pleased to find them when searching for native pond plants.

I cannot praise this company enough. Even with our tiny pond Lucy gives us valued advice and suggestions on suitable plants and how to care for them. Including advice on how to get rid of the dreaded duck weed. That advice being, you can't! 🤣 I have always ordered from them. Their choice is rich and varied. I almost regard plants for ponds as part of our garden family. You can tell they really have a passion and love for their job. Thank you so much for all you invaluable advice!

The plants were very healthy and well packaged. They are looking amazing in my pond.

Great communication from the seller. They made sure someone would be at the property to take delivery. The oxygenating plants of the month selection are vigorous and doubled in size after only a couple of weeks after being placed in the pond.

Was delivered on time and plants put out straight into the edges of the pond.

At this stage of our garden redesign I have been merely asking questions. However each question has been answered promptly and helpfully by Lucy. Customer service outstanding!

Great choice, easy to use website, good delivery information, quick and helpful customer service. I added to my order while waiting for it to be dispatched, I also queried how to care for one of my plants, both times I had friendly, quick responses.

Ordered some pond plants and was kept updated throughout . One item arrived a little worse for where and despite the fact I failed to take a pic at the time , Lucy at Plants for Ponds , organised an immediate replacement . Great service and will be using again in near future . You get what you pay for and this company does it well

I was thrilled with the quality of plants I ordered to stock my new pond. Lucy was very helpful when I reported that a couple of plants had been damaged whilst in transit. She immediately replaced them and they arrived within a few days of the main delivery. Very satisfied with the quality of plants and customer service. Would highly recommend on all fronts.

I have made 2 orders now and unfortunately in both cases, the boxes arrived damaged or had clearly been tossed around by the couriers. However, I took pictures and email the company and got almost immediate responses and the damaged plants have been replaced. This is the sort of customer service you rarely see theses days! The plants otherwise have been great and are all doing very well so far in our new pond.
