Plectrumb Ltd Avis 

Our boiler broke down a couple of nights ago and it was a cold evening. Contacted Plectrumb right away and someone was here by 10 the next morning. The guy, who was very helpful and polite, found the fault, a split water hose, ordered a new part and came back later in the day and fitted it, boiler now working perfectly so we have heating and hot water.

The bill has just arrived, they do not charge an exorbitant call out fee and prices are reasonable, would certainly recommend this privately owned company.

Excellent Company. Accepted the replacement of the boiler without a quibble. Able to discuss to agree the extras, such as an extended flue. Pleasant engineer who agreed to lock the door on the completion of the work. Excellent value for what turned out to be a complicated installation - well done!

We are really pleased that we chose to use Plectrumb for our project to completely renovate our bathroom and central heating. From the first phone call, through meetings to establish requirements, make quotations and adjustments, set the start date and complete all the work Nick has proven to be a most reliable trades person. He and his team completed the project exactly to the timescale and to the highest standards that we would want and expect from a professional. Excellent communication skills, friendly approach showing interest in our needs and wants made it all a good experience for us. We are now really pleased to have a larger bathroom with a walk-in shower, new bath, sink unit and tiling that we are very proud of. The new boiler and radiators are very effective and by moving the boiler to the attic we have freed up valuable space in hallway cupboard.

Nick and his team from Plectrum recently fitted an indirect pressurised hot water cylinder for our hot water system. In addition they re organised the bathroom. In both cases the work was excellently carried out. They arrived on time and worked hard every day with very few breaks. They were very tidy and cleared up daily and took all waste away. The work was finished to a very high standard. The bathroom was very attractive when finished. . We were asked to choose all the materials beforehand which meant no delays. The work was carried out on time and to the price with diligence and great care, we could not recommend Nick and his team at Plectrum more highly, a brilliant job.
