very helpfull team - but they need to get the on line payment issue sorted out - if you cant pay online for some reason , there should be a simple way of them taking payment over the phone for that order...

from ordering to delivery the service was great, cannot complain. the driver Dean was nice and helpful and very professional. they were the cheapest i found for fence posts and gravel boards.

Fast delivery and very cheap

I received a call from their 3rd party supplier, (Forest Garden Products) to say they could not ship the order as it is below their minimum order value. No communication at all from Nationwide Supplies. I have contacted them on a number of occasions requesting a full refund but they are not responding. Still waiting for a response and more importantly a refund!!

Fast effective service

Ordered 3 times from these guys now (fencing supplies and aggregates). Good range and stock of products, good quality, great customer service, delivery on time and really well priced. The delivery drivers are all also really good and helpful.

Wish I would read negative comments before purchasing anything from this company.
Incomplete information about goods in the warehouse makes the delivery to customers much delayed than planned. I paid for next day delivery unfortunately had to wait a week then what I received a partly order. Some of the items they sent even not the right size.I then contacted to customer service to explain and got answers to get replacement and deliver with the rest of my order which would be for couple of days more.

We worked with Nationwide Supplies on a back extension on our house at the end of last year and the beginning of this year. We always found Alison and the team very courteous and great partners to work on such a big project. We appreciated their support, quality of the products as well as their ability to respond to queries quickly and efficiently. I would happily recommend them to those who are looking for a building supplies company to work with.
