The cost of the book was way more expensive than I expected.

I loved the book that Plum Print produced of my granddaughter's art. It was beautifully made and it was done quickly. Her artwork was returned even before the book was finished. However, for me, the negative was the cost. I purchased my package through CBSDeals and I was not aware that it was so expensive until I had already paid the deposit (which at that time I was unaware was only a deposit). I don't know if I just missed that part when they were describing the deal, but I had already told my granddaughter I was having the book done, so I paid the price. As nice as the book was, I don't feel it was worth the exorbitant price. It would be nice if there was an option that was more affordable for those of us who are on fixed incomes. Thanks.

There were very clear instructions in how to place your order and shop personal items. It was easy to make an addition during the first preview and my original items were carefully returned to me. My granddaughter’s book turned out beautifully and I hope she treasures it forever.
