Brilliant service and quality

I absolutely love Pointless Plants. This is my third order from them and my little plant family is growing. The plants are always so perfectly wrapped and I haven't had any breakages. The plants are also in great condition and there is a little instructions leaflet too. Which helps any new plant parents. The packaging is all recyclable too.

I'm so impressed with the service and quality of the plants. I ordered 2 plants and they are so beautiful and fresh. The packaging was amazing. I gave ordered plants online and most if them come with snapped branches and steems. But not this time and I'm 100% ordering again.
Also the Instagram page is extremely helpful, I received fantastic costumer care.

My bird of paradise arrived so quickly (think 2 days). Unfortunately the nursery pot it arrived in was badly cracked and Pointless Plants offered me a gift card for the entire value of the plant which I was very happy with! The plant is so beautiful and I will definitely be ordering from Pointless Plants again.

Beautifully wrapped healthy plant, my only disappointment was it didn't have a label and it was because of the name I chose it. Loved the fact all packaging can go to mud....I will use you again!

Great quality plant ,really healthy looking and i love that we can use the packaging in the hot compost bin.If you are looking for a brand that cares about both plants and the environment this is it.

The quality of the plants are fabulous and I also ordered 2 crystals which are wonderful. Have already placed another order

Great plants, and when one arrived with a broken pot (which looked very much like it had been bashed around in delivery, not Pointless Plants' fault) a replacement was shipped out the next day and arrived in great condition, so fantastic customer service!
