Poles Direct Avis

Not what I wanted I wanted a fixed pole not an extending one delivery was along time compared to other companies

Nice product, easy ordering and quick delivery. The instructions were sent by email, but were pretty cursory and diden't actually feature the brackets of the set I had ordered. Didn't give me an issue, but would not have helped a first timer, who wasn't a little bit handy, from perhaps not getting it not quite done as easily and well as liked.

Really easy to use website and order arrived quickly. Quality very good.

Delivered on time and as advertised, joiner put them up they are grand.

Great website that makes it easier to find exactly what you need. (as there are so many options for curtain poles/styles/sizes etc) Item as described, great quality. Fast delivery. Highly recommend Poles Direct!

Goods arrived quickly, in excellent condition and as described

An excellent service from Poles Direct.
Very pleased with the three curtain poles we bought. One bracket was chipped on delivery but quickly replaced after an online chat. Very good service.

Good choice of products with reasonable prices
Efficient ordering and delivery service

The poles were rediverted with their courier and it all went very wrong from there. And then the ability to solve the issue was terrible. I had to wait 5 days for the courier to tell them the parcel was lost…this was obvious a week after it didn't arrive! Then i had to chase every day to get a replacement sent. When the replacement arrived it was missing a part. All in all it took a month to get the parts and was a joke dealing with the customer services. I asked to escalate to a manager on multiple occasions and was told it wasnt possible.

I bought my first pole in January and was so impressed have just ordered an fitted two more similar poles. Very good website, ordering process and delivery service. Fitting instructions easy to follow, if you have the tools and relevant DIY skills it shouldn't be a problem.

Arrived well before dispatch date thank you.

Awful returns process and very slow responses over email. They will ask you to send it back at your own cost to a desolate warehouse and then there will never be anyone at the returns address to accept the order so delivery would just get attempted again and again until it gets returned back to you all. They won’t refund you unless you are super persistent and chase non stop also.

Poles Direct maintains a superb, well-presented website which is easy to navigate in order to facilitate product selection. All the required information is easily accessible and the prices are very competitive. Upon receipt of my curtain pole kit I was delighted as the product met all my expectations. Thank you.

I ordered 2 curtain poles, one of which was cut to size; very happy with that and the poles appear to be of good quality. The courier DHL was 5 days late in delivering. Customer Service was very helpful, professional and friendly in chasing up on the delivery.

as ordered 👍

I received notification that my delivery was being returned to sender due to damage. I called the company right away and spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Millie (Amelia) who promptly assured me that a new parcel would be on its way in no time and was very apologetic. She is an asset to your company so thank you for the fantastic customer service Millie.

These poles are great value, well made and excellent customer service. Highly recommended

Bracket not strong enough it broke. No instructions supplied.

Excellent service and good quality product. Thanks
