We recently bought a sauna from Polhus and overall we are very happy with both the product and the customer service. The sauna itself has a really lovely quality – solid materials, beautiful design, and it feels great to use.
Along the way we experienced a few small hiccups during the process, but every time Polhus’ customer service was quick, helpful, and made sure things were resolved. That gave us a lot of confidence and made the whole experience smooth in the end.
All in all, we now have a fantastic sauna in our garden and we couldn’t be more pleased. We’d happily recommend Polhus to others.

Good and value for the money
The sauna set got delivered in time and the instructions were (mostly) clear. It was not clear how and where the light and the wooden light cover should sit and now screws or bolts were there to mount it. We figured that out ourselves and got a little bit money back as compensation. All in all a good experience and meanwhile my sister also got a sauna installed…

Vi havde bestilt et udhus, Marie, hvor samling gik fint. Vi oplevede efterfølgende, at skydedøren var af meget dårlig konstruktion, og endda gik døren i stykker ved normal brug. Reelt risikerede man, at døren ikke kunne åbnes igen, og man blev fanget inden i udhuset.
Vi reklamerede til Polhus, som trak sagen i langdrag (5-6 måneder) og dog tilsidst skulle have op til 5.000 kr. blot for at kigge på sagen, og forsøge justering. Dette burde været dækket af produktgarantien.
Vi endte med at måtte få en lokal håndværker til at afmontere skydedøren, og sætte en normal dør i - dette kostede os 12.000, som Polhus afviste af dække noget af.
Så jeg vil ikke anbefale Polhus til nogen - dårlig service, dårligt produkt - uden hjælp til udbedring.

Hej,
Vi er kede af at høre, at I har haft problemer med skydedøren til skuret Marie. Da I kontaktede os, vurderede vores tekniske team, at det var et justeringsspørgsmål, og vi gav vejledning til, hvordan det kunne klares selv.
Da I ikke var enige i vurderingen og mente, at døren skulle udskiftes, tilbød vi at sende et team ud for at se nærmere på sagen. Samtidig informerede vi om, at hvis det viste sig at ikke være et justeringsspørgsmål, ville omkostningen være 5.000 kr., men hvis det var en fejl dækket af garantien, ville vi selvfølgelig dække det.
Vi håber at gennem jeres egen løsning om at udskifte døren, I endelig blev tilfreds og at I kan få brugt jeres skur.
