Had a small issue with my ice bath, so emailed Michael at Polar Recovery. He emailed me straight back to assist with the issue, but then offered to replace the whole unit. From my first message to receiving the new tub was less than 24hrs. Unbelievably good customer service.

Not had sauna a year and the steam generator has packed up warm up tonight and just went completely black not impressed. Also the chair disintegrated after 2 uses and no reply to feedback sent. Won't be recommending anytime soon

I ordered a nova infrared sauna and am absolutely delighted with the product. It is a brilliant piece of equipment, very well designed and so easy to use. It makes recovery a walk in the park and saves a lot of effort and time, when I have something this high quality and professional at home, that I can easily use whenever required.

After using the polar recovery tub for a couple of years unfortunately the screw thread to which the drain tap attached got broken, not a design fault. I contacted the team for advice, which was very swift in reply and super helpful and as an outcome they have replaced the tub - Amazing and they have gone beyond any expectations. A huge thank you!!

The Polar Recovery Nova Infrared Sauna was a fantastic purchase. It’s such a relaxing experience given the heat, the lighting and soundscape.
