We recently purchased our sauna from Nook, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. From the very beginning, the service has been exceptional. The communication throughout the whole process was absolutely unbelievable — friendly, professional, prompt and so helpful.

The whole experience was seamless, and it’s clear that Nook genuinely cares about their customers and the quality of their products. And the sauna itself… we absolutely love it! It looks amazing, feels incredible and has quickly become one of our favourite things in the house. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nook to anyone considering purchasing a sauna. They communicated through the whole process, kept us up to date when shipping line was delayed, called the day before delivery and gave us a notice call 30 min before arrival, install was fast, very happy.

After quite a bit of research online, we chose a Nook 3 seat sauna. Our decision was based on positive reviews, features and price.
After owning this sauna and having put it to good use, we are extremely happy with it.

From the time our order was placed the company kept us informed on what we would need at our end prior to installation. Accurate timelines were given along with text notifications on the morning of our install.
The 2 young men who delivered and installed our sauna were extremely professional and courteous.
The sauna itself works perfectly has a number of useful features and has a great quality feel to it. We purchased the Nook Elite 3 person and feel we made a good choice, although there are only two of us in it as a rule, the extra room is great.

Nook has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The sales team were some of the nicest people I’ve dealt with. They even allowed me to purchase my Nook Ulta 3 during their June sales and hold off delivery for a couple of months until my new garage construction was ready for the sauna to be installed.

But the real test of a company is what they do when problems occur. In my case, there was a mistake made during installation that required a replacement of one of the panels. That, in turn, required the removal and reinstallation of some bathroom fixtures. The manner in which the Nook team responded to this problem was exemplary. First off, there was no “press 2 for service” phone system with long hold times. They took my calls directly and were sincerely concerned about the problem. I had an install team show up twice (and I’m outside the city) to make repairs. They took responsibility for the outside tradespeople needed to deal with the bathroom fixtures. And throughout the whole process they were polite, apologetic, willing to work to my schedule and efficient.

So yes, the Nook team were a pleasure deal with when purchasing my sauna and getting it onsite. But the manner in which they dealt with the installation problems is proof that this is a highly ethical company, top to bottom. I wish there were more companies like this. I would happily do business with Nook again and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for their own sauna.

So, Nook Saunas. Funnily enough no reviews on google, no reviews on productreview, but 100's on Trustpilot that if you read them seem oddly similar. In July we ordered a sauna that online showed "in stock". Turns out that Nook means "on backorder" by that. Seems dodgy, but August delivery promised. August turned into 15th of September. Great, winter will be over by then. Mid september became late September, arriving in the dock on the 21st we were told....then the 25th, now its supposedly "early October" despite the website showing 5 sauna's are "in stock". Go figure. To say the experience has been frustrating is an understatement, and "trustpilot" as a genuine platform for genuine reviews seems increasingly questionable. So make up your own mind, no google reviews, no productreview reviews and nothing but iddly similar praise here. I'll leave you to draw conclusions yourself. Should you order a Nook, maybe call them to ask about a genuine delivery date, you may not like the answer.

We had an amazing experience with Nook Saunas and our 2-person sauna install! The purchase team kept us updated with constant ETAs on the sauna and worked with us to best fit in installation, the sauna is amazing and we are absolutely loving it!

Nook Sauna kept in regular email contact during the waiting process, before during and after delivery. Leo and Jessie completed the installation in about one hour. They were friendly yet professional, making sure we knew how to run and maintain a clean sauna. We most highly recommend, Nook Sauna in the field of sauna sellers, as they are the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable provider of saunas we encountered.
