Ordering process excellent, wait time on delivery was longer than originally suggested when ordered. Didn’t realise they also sell covers for the Sauna too, would recommend them to upsell this during initial purchase as it’s a great fit 😊

Great so far, have only had the sauna for a week but no faults yet. Very seamless install process.

Everything was just so easy. The team made contact after purchase to advise on delivery schedule. They also touched base a few days out to make sure everything was organised. They arrived right on time and were so quick to get it built. They were all very lovely to deal with throughout the whole process. The sauna is amazing too!! I had been wanting one for years.. so glad I finally got one.

I wasn’t at home but just left a key out for a very trust worthy company and when I got home they had it fitted so was perfect for me to come home to and hop into a spacious sauna

We are absolutely obsessed with our new sauna. I purchased the 3 person Core, which is ideal if you want your legs to stretch out across the bench seat.Our whole family - 5 of us including 3 adult sons are benefiting from it. Helping with sport injuries, deeper sleeps, relaxation (mental health), releasing toxins. You certainly sweat it all out! Also loving the Bluetooth speaker. Thank you Nook for a superior product, your A+ customer service and spot on delivery & installation service. The best health investment ever. 🩵

Was so excited to order my Nook Sauna. Their team was amazing and they kept me updated with the delivery timeline. When the day arrived for delivery they were there on time and installation was a breeze. It was great that delivery and installation is all included in the price with no hidden surprises. They also take away all the packaging as if they were nd er there.

The company does everything well from the delivery and putting the modular pieces together to being quick to reply to any concerns and acting quickly to remedying any issues, not that there have been many. The product itself is amazing and absolutely value for money. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nook to anyone.

I bought the Nook Elite 2 Person sauna and am very happy. There was a slight glitch with installation but this was remedied straight away. The installation guys were very clean and courteous and Sarah from customer service was very efficient and easy to deal with. If you’re on the fence, buy one, you won’t be disappointed!

So Henry and Jamie came today to install our new Sauna what a fabulous experience they gave today they were super polite personable well informed and clearly experts in what they do. It’s not often these days to be blown away but honestly we are thrilled to bits the building the structure the overall look is expensive classic but with all the mod cons Bluetooth sound is exceptional you can play You Tube straight in and Spotify It was ready to use immediately we have had it in our summerhouse and honestly it looks as if was designed and built for the place. Mind blown Nook!!! Lifetime warranty available too Just amazing if your thinking of having one jump right in. Final word to Jamie and Henry guys if Carlsberg made employees they would be just like you thanks for everything 🕉️🕉️🕉️
