Great product. Easy and clear delivery. Happy user!

I ordered online and the delivery came shortly after, maybe about a week or so later. The delivery man texted me to say he was coming to me and he set the sauna up and there was nothing to do but get in. He gave a little tutorial and left me an information booklet. I got the Core one-person. It's really pretty and it gets up to 65 degrees in about 30m or so. It has some little brass looking latches on the side which I love. The wood smells nice. Be careful to close the ceiling vent for each sauna. Be careful to lean against the back reinforced panel only. The side panels are not really designed to lean on. It's very quiet inside. I love the little "porch" light it has. If you want more warmth for your legs, I would get the sauna with the extra lower panels, the Elite one. The Core bench is big enough to sit sideways on with your feet up but if you want to have your feet on the ground, I would go the Elite.

I have had the sauna for about two weeks and use it a few times a week. I can't yet comment on how it affects my electricity bill but the information about per hour cost is on Nook's website.

I got the sauna because I love saunas and I just wanted to be able to use one whenever I want without having to share or go out. I just wanted something really nice to do ongoing since I can't afford travel and things that cost alot but you only get to experience once. The sauna costs a bit but I will get alot of use out of it and have it for a long time. I just know I have a little place to go where I switch off and it's my little cute cabin for relaxation.

Very happy with the service and the sauna. Great customer service and install was a breeze, worth the investment. No more sharing saunas at the gym! :)

The delivery was on time and the guys did a fast job of installing. Very good handover with clear instructions on operation and cleaning. They also came back as promised to rectify a small issue with the red light so overall very happy with the service and would highly recommend. We use the sauna at least 4-5 times a week since install and love it!!

Very easy ordering process. Installation team were so professional, set up took around 45 mins and they were happy to stay and explain how to use and answer questions

My husband and I are now loving 20-30 mins every second day - very early to tell how it’s helping us health wise but both of us sleep better on the nights we use it

Communication and product have been great! We are renting a 2 person elite sauna and will be purchasing once we are finished .. We decided to rent first to see how much use we would get out of it being a family on 5. It has been used everyday since delivery .
